Decades ago, when this place was still open, I went a few times. Unlike most places, it was NOT forgettable due to one dancer. I went three or four times just to see her. She was a good-looking black woman who had a magic pussy, and separately, a magic asshole. This place was rough, particularly for Denver, but I took my chances on Colfax, which was back then considered the most dangerous street in town (since massively gentrified).
This woman would open her holes wide just with her legs showing as much pink as could possibly exist. No usage of her hands, but they would be stretched to full gape status, even though there was no evidence of her having a kid. She could open and close them slowly, in time to the music, showing everything possible. The last aspect was when she was spread, for a $2 tip she would take the tipper's head and wrap her spread legs around it, clamping down and inviting full meals to be taken. She had quite a business with privates and full service, but I was then of the opinion I was getting plenty with her leg-spread and wrap for a couple of bucks (and god knows where she'd been in these pre-AIDS days, but there was always a line)
As other old reviews have stated, most of the dancers were just tired and uninspired.
The only places I've seen this kind of thing was Frankfurt, Germany and Denver's infamous Aloha Beach, which was by FAR the craziest place Denver's ever had. I've been surprised Aloha has never been mentioned by an old-timer here (or someone
who visited during that time (70's) Aloha was basically a brothel, and grabbing and inserting while the dancer was walking or onstage was encouraged. (On a sidenote, a regret I had decades ago was seeing an Aloha Beach t-shirt for a couple of bucks at a thriftstore. It was in my cart, but I put it back thinking I would never wear it. Regret. Just to be able to show select people)

In addition to Marisa's hotness, "The Wrestler" is a damn fine movie. Mickey Rourke's best, and he absolutely should have won best actor, but you know what they say about burning bridges.
I think Marisa was nominated for Best Supporting Actress.

In the situation I mentioned above, the truth is, she should just go to another club. I haven't been there for years, but back in the day, at least, Shotgun's had pretty much one body-type. Skinny and tiny stripper-butt, and all races and heights had to stick to that type. The dancer I talked to wasn't fat, she had a larger-than-average ass. Otherwise, she was as hot as anyone there, and in today's world, there are a lot a guys who like big butts. When I witnessed the desertion, she was crying. I had the fortune of having her beautiful ass in my face for three dancer rotations. In hindsight, she might have taken me up on an OTC moment, something I've never experienced.

I've only been to a stripclub 20-25 times, and "after covid", I'm overdue. I remember being at Shotgun Willie's when I saw the stage abandonment thing happen. Except for one time (after this), I've only stayed at the tip-stage. I stayed and was the only one who did. I struck up a conversation with the dancer. Although there may have been something else going on, what it looked like to me was they were leaving en masse for one reason. She had a much bigger ass than the rest, but no cellulite or anything, and she was smoking hot IMO. This was in the late 80's, so before the internet and before big asses were as popular. I have pretty much only gone for stage dances. At the club I most frequented...pre-covid...the dancers gave mini-laps for a $2 tip, and I really enjoy those. Years ago I had a friend, now deceased, who couldn't believe I'd never had a private. He told me they were the only reason to go.
