Well. I'm only going by the banter that people have been exchanging with me since clubs officially re-opened cause I haven't returned to work or mongered yet. Initially, people were saying that dances were 'socially distanced', but now I've been gradually hearing that that's been thrown out the window in some clubs and contact is now as per usual. On one hand, I wanna see for myself. On the other hand . . . I have other priorities in mind.

I've always been intrigued by these bars where the girls are Hostesses over in Asia, but I only knew about the industry in Japan. I didn't know it was present in China and Korea as well. (Not that I had a reason to believe it wasn't.) I used to watch interviews of girls who worked at the karaoke bars and hostess clubs, and the main difference between them and strip clubs is that, well... it is strictly socializing, singing, and drinking with a pretty girl. No touching, dancing, or sexual activity of any kind. It's just as expensive if not more so than going to a strip club, but this is a big norm over there. I remember one or two girls saying that if they were comfortable enough, they'd go home with a client after work if they were asked.
Now the robe girls in Korea... that's a new one for me. Intriguing to learn about for sure and I just might look into learning further about it when I catch the time.

^ Which is why my vacation from dancing has sort of extended. Initially, it seemed that all the NE Florida clubs were enforcing the 6 foot rule in private dances, but some mutuals have said that a couple are ignoring the CDC guidelines and are allowing contact dances anyway - which I myself can't verify cause I haven't returned. I've been revisiting some elderly relatives recently, and since COVID cases have recently spiked, I don't think going from work regularly back to their house is a sharp idea.

I hate that I've been going up and around Toronto and Montréal for over a year now and I still haven't checked out the club scene. I just never have the time to while I'm up, but mutuals were telling me that the dancers can get pretty raunchy up there (especially in the clubs closest to YYZ.).
I still have flight credits that were acquired after canceling my April trip and I'm still impatiently waiting for the northern border to open back up.

@SunRun, to actually comment on your ventures, (assuming you weren't spooked by the onslaught of unrelated drama), it looks like you discovered a good number of dancer personalities fairly quick. There will always be small number of overlapping or unique dancers that contrasts with the other girls. I haven't danced or mongered in Cocoa Beach yet, so I can't personally comment on how busy and variable the days or nights get, but it's in the books for future exploration.
The times spent clubbing seem to be the most enjoyable when you're totally new to the scene. You just want to try one or two of everything and things such as money value or mileage don't feel like a high priority. Enjoy it while you can, but be cautious of the high hustlers/angries/ROBs.

Since assumptions are just being thrown out with no sources or attempts to prove them, I did the search myself. Took no more than 20 minutes.
Used 10 different platforms to check for plagiarism via the body of text and then the URL to this article. The longest and most detailed check I found got a 21% plagiarism rating (while all the rest were no more than 5%) - but the sources they found for the phrases were all linked to dictionary sentence conversion pages, a Russian website, several e-books (Call Me Ilied, Raffles And The Match-Fixing Syndicate, First Time At A Club? Tips And Truths For Party Girls, among others) a blog post about sports, and one source was this exact URL to the article itself. Other than the TUSCL source, all the rest of the sources were completely unrelated to strip clubs or strippers.
Then I manually searched each paragraph of the article to see if anything was close or matched and found nothing.
The only "copied" phrases that several platforms found were "Why the fuck did you even come to the club if you're not going to buy a dance?" "Thankfully I didn't encounter too many of these girls." and "No, OK maybe later," and off they would go."
To me, these are really generic quotes and are commonly said by mongers and dancers anyway.
To be honest, I think it's kind of a dick move to throw out that somebody - new or not - copied someone else's work, and then follow with that you can't take the time to prove your claim.
