What particular stage dance stands out as the best or most memorable?
These days at many clubs stage dances are an afterthought. Sometimes the stage will be empty for long periods of time and dancers who do go up barely get naked, especially during slow times. Still, these are supposed to be "strip clubs."
What stage dance in your life stands out as the most memorable? I started thinking about this today in the grocery store when a particular song came on and reminded me of a particular stage show.
For me, it was a late afternoon, probably sometime in the late 90's. It was fall, probably late November, maybe early December. I stopped at Les Girls in San Diego during an unexpected rain storm that reeked even worse hell on the notorious San Diego rush hour traffic than usual.
It was already dark, but still early evening. I was wet from the rain as I entered the theater. I paid my entrance fee and proceded to the darkened theater. After a few songs an adorable young Latina, slightly chubby but not fat, came on stage. She started dancing to Madonna's song San Pedro. She was wearing a red skirt and started twirling around. It was completely mesmerizing as she stripped down. To this day whenever I hear that song it takes me back to that rainy afternoon and the mesmerizing beauty of that dance.
I never saw her again at that club and have no idea who she was, but it will always stay in my mind.

A couple other ones stand out for me.
Once at Cheetah's in San Diego, a tall thin dancer went on stage in full street clothes (sweatshirt, jeans , etc). She stripped all the way down to nothing. It was surprisingly sexy. When she came by for a tip I mentioned how hot it was that she stripped down from regular clothes to full nude. She said she just got there and hadn't had time to change from her street clothes yet. Regardless, more strippers could try this.
Another time my friend and I went to pick up his girlfriend who was dancing at a topless bar. Her and I didn't get along and that's putting it mildly. We basically hated each other.
When she when on stage, we both went up to the top rail. She really got close to me and put her cookie almost in my face. I was kind of surprised.
After her dance she came around and asked customers for lap dances. Still being hard from her stage dance, I asked my friend if he was cool if I got a dance with her. Stupidly, I believed him when he said sure. We proceded to a lapdance couch and were almost immediately all over each other. I was blown away since I thought we hated each other. My friend on the other hand was not plrased to say the least. I tend to take people at their word, so I learned not to do that again lol.
Her and I never mentioned the lap dance when we saw each other again.
