The elevator near the front lobby mainly serves the dormitory rooms where the girls stay. I think there is another elevator towards the back. The HK VIP card is still valid at Rizo. I have actually been neglecting HK and patronizing the other clubs over the past two years or so. This has been largely due to the chicas cartel colluding to raise arriba rates. I still tip exorbitantly. I just dislike the notion of girls feeling like they should start negotiations at $120.

I still think the card is a great deal since I get master suites on Monday/Tuesday nights each time I visit. I was just making this change known to other members. I dislike being caught off guard. I was mildly annoyed when the VIP card changed from 4 months to three. It was still worth getting, but the change annoyed me at the time because I didn't anticipate it. @Cristobal, I was referring to how many street girls in the alley are unwilling to walk the distance to Rizo. Some are willing to go to Rizo only for an extra bit of cash. It's understandable since time is money and Rizo does take more time for them to get to. Another minor slight is that some HK and Tropical girls hate the lack of an elevator at the front of tropical. I've seen some girls get winded (probably with a combination of the drinking) after walking up the steps.

Latinos, Hawaii, and several more drag/gay clubs can find on or near plaza saint Cecilia. Most young latinas love going to these places because they feel safer in the more diverse settings. Maybe they let their guard down since guys are not constantly groping them. There is also something timeless and relatable about music featuring shitty men and awful relationships. I have brought many a bar girls to these clubs, sometimes more than one at a time. They always have a great time. I would caution newbies against walking alone at night to and from the HK block to plaza saint Cecilia. There can be done sketchy folks along the way.

I would say no. People can visit a club but not use the hotel at all. We can bring street girls to a hotel and never set foot in the connected club. I often visit clubs and buy a bucket when I find a girl I like, then bring her to my room at Cascadas, premier, or la mansion. For all of these reason, factoring the hotel into a bar's score would result in inconsistent scoring from different users. Possibly inconsistent scoring from the same monger on different trips. It would not hurt to mention a few sentences about the connected hotel in a review though. The private booths within a club should definitely be mentioned and possibly scored within a review if possible. Everyone at least had a chance to scope those out without venturing any capital.

Like many, I considered the logistics of moving to TJ after my first foray to adult Disneyland. I often get offered jobs where working from home is a possibility. The food is great, the arts and culture scene is growing, affordability is super competitive with anything in the US, and of course, Zona Norte. TJ is also a commercial border town where many services are bilingual and every cash register holds dollars in addition to pesos. The lack of decent public transportation is not a big concern as Uber and even taxis are prolific and cheap. The thing that kept me from pulling the trigger years ago was the questionable internet. Broadband is available to a degree. But I needed gigabit fiber, and that's just not a thing in most residential areas. There is a retired American expat that has lived on the upper floor of hotel Coahuila (Adelita's hotel) since the late 90's. You can tell which one is his room as he has Polaroids of many girls that he has entertained through the years covering his window facing the hallway. So the dream is real for at least one man.
