" I just spent two weeks in the Tampa Bay area. There are subdivisions popping up everywhere. I was shocked by the amount of construction. I doubt any of the local block masons, framers, dry wall guys, tile installers etc. have even noticed recent inflation. Seemingly plenty of housing. But... starting price for most of these homes seemed to be in $700k - $800k range before upgrades and customization. I didn't notice any new construction of 1000-1200 square foot starter homes in the $300k range. That discrepancy maybe a large part of the reason it is difficult for first time home buyers.

I'm in my early 60's, but have kept myself in pretty good shape by proper nutrition and consistent exercise. I travel frequently, stay in nice hotels, enjoy fine dining, own a couple of houses, and currently live right on the beach. I have no doubt I could find a hot 28 - 32 year old that would sign up for that lifestyle. It would be pretty cushy because I am fairly easy to get along with and I tend to be pretty generous with my time and money for the people I care about. The truth is that doesn't interest me in the least. I don't want a committed relationship from anyone, but especially not a 28 year old. I love having sex with a 20 something, but anything more than 3 days and they will bore me to tears. They don't get my jokes or cultural references. They don't have the life experiences to maintain my interest. Conversations are lacking because we have totally different frames of references. In short, I am totally happy being a "trick" as you like to call it, (though I think most of the women I see probably think of me as a "client").

Even though they are the most ignored members and almost universally panned in their posts by active discussion board members, they refuse to change their online behavior because some mysterious silent majority of non-posting members supposedly value their contributions. Reality or delusion? I will say this. SJG has ghosted for long stretches a couple of times and I haven't noted anyone else creating posts about Gnostic beliefs or autism denial.

I think Tampa vs Miami is pretty much a wash. The real contest is in the expanded Port Richey / Holiday area vs. Pompano Beach. In my recent travels, nothing beats Pompano Beach. Miami wins hands down.

Wow. That is so grossly unfair. You really should paint up a sandwich board that says "Bigg'uns banned me for no reason". You can then walk up and down the sidewalk in front of the establishment. Remember, megaphones really add to the drama. Call the 5 o'clock local news crews and see if they'll come out and cover your story. While you're at it you might want to drop that "connoisseur" from your tagline to make it more technically accurate.
