I don’t ignore people because they are offensive or mean or say things I don’t like. I ignore them because they’ve proven repeatedly that their words have no value. I give trolls a whole lot of leeway to demonstrate they can say something of value. Anything. Give me 10% of something worthwhile. Even Icee or Scrub met that low bar. As for Obamacare, it’s the great white whale for republicans. They want to tear it down without regard for what it does right. I was an opponent of it in 2014 but even I can see the benefits of: - no exclusion for pre existing conditions. Get laid off while you’re sick and tell me that’s not scary as hell without Obamacare - coverage for dependents until age 26. I’ve got kids in grad school who are covered under my plan rather than having to work in school or borrow for coverage. Lastly, if Obamacare is so bad why were there more people on it in 2023 than in any previous year? More than 40 million if you count the Medicaid expansion and other ACA related programs. McCain did rural republicans a huge favor by preventing its repeal when there was no safety net in place to cover all those rural people who need healthcare.

Fix the Last Comment link so that it (i) shows who made the last comment and (ii) after you use it, a single back button click takes you back to the forum listing (currently takes 3 clicks) 3. Restore user profile so that it has links to see all my old comments in addition to my reviews and started threads. When clicking to see my reviews, to reviews display just like the Reviews page (title/first few lines and sortable by publishing date and date of last comment) 4. On my iPhone, I can no longer tap the top of the screen to quickly return to the top of the page if I’m down deep after scrolling through reviews, threads or a long passage. Instead, the new menu bar at the top of the page drops down. I like the drop down menu not taking up screen space, but that single tap to get back to the top of the page was really useful. 5. The ability to ignore specific forums from the main forum page would be nice. Related, is there going to be any additional functionality to the verified member forum? 6, I’ve gotten used to the new review display, but way back when several iterations ago, the reviews used to be separated in groups so that you’d see all reviews posted today, then a link to all reviews posted yesterday, and so on. That was really helpful to see if you were “caught up” and had seen everything. The reviews also then used to be sub grouped by location within the date. Also helpful. If restoring those functions removes the toggle switch to display by publishing date and last comment, then leave it as is. That toggle is the better feature. 7. Continuing restoring all the location features in the reviews pages. Thanks Founder! Enjoy the time off. Use protection!

@puddy I didn’t say the Iran deal was good. It wasn’t. But it slowed their production of nuclear material and the former Commander in Thief ripped it up with no plan for what came after. Same as the TPP. Ripped it up and cost the USA business and raised our expenses with no replacement plan. That’s what happens when you govern by sound bites.

And fuck that noise on Iran. Which administration ripped up the Iran nuclear deal without a replacement plan in place? Estimates are that Iran is within 12 months of having enough nuclear material to make a bomb.

Want to know how to sanction Russia? Fund Ukraine and take the win on funding border protection. Our elected representatives on the Right are working against what is best for our country.
