The only common denominator you will find is the License Scans. But, that is an insurance requirement. Apart from that, the managers are SAVVY people. They deal with customers, owners, bouncers AND dancers, each of their requirements are highly different. Dancers want safety / protection as primary goal, and secondary goal varies.
