Trump going to the church was absolutely a stupid political stunt, and for about 24 hours I began to think Biden might have a chance to beat Trump. Then Dems raised George Floyd to martyrdom status, having 3 funerals for a career criminal, while law abiding citizens have to let their loved ones go to heaven virtually. We have had shoulder to shoulder protests over basically police unions not allowing bad bad cops to be fired, while our children can't go to school or have graduation celebrations. Saw what you want about Trump, but he's exposing systemic racism way more than his predecessors did, and some changes will be made. And yeah, that IS all Trump's fault. If you want to BLAME Trump for systemic racism, you really need to take a look at when these problems began. It was long before Trump took office.

Anyone who has witnessed the lack of police presence these past few days in riot torn cities or saw the absolute police brutality suffered by George Floyd who is still ANTI-2A, who the fuck do you think is going to protect you? Your government? They will stand just as soon stand on your throat. Protect yourself and your family. Buy a gun. Take training, learn how to use it.

Brehnamedwavey, a lot of people who don't comply with cops end up dead. I raised my kids to comply with police orders in situations like that. That said, I absolutely think that some cops are bad and way too eager to pull the trigger. That is not the country's fault. That is all on the local jurisdictions. If the armed forces started murdering black men in the street with impunity, then we'd have a federal problem. Racism is a moral issue, and as we all know, it's impossible to govern morals.
