Disagree, TX. It's useful to id the newbies who ask for info but haven't contributed.

Wondering how to find strippers and porn-performers who escort
Why not call Vivid Video and ask if there's a website(s) which lists prmotional appearances by their 'talent'. Or, does Vivid know of a trade paper for the porn industry? Chances are the advertisers in such a publication could lead to what you're seeking.

Breathe, breathe in the air
Tipping for the company/chat?
London, I had one gal (at the much maligned Vegas Rick's) ask for $5 for stopping by. I wasn't receptive, but that didn't stop her from trying "All you have to do is reach in your wallet..." I then began to look about for a manager, which she picked up on and finally moved along. (Fyi: she was about a 5 or 6.) Some dancers, irregardless of the club, see it as the customer should always be paying them, be it for a dance, their company, etc. I almost never bite on that model, eventhough I'm sure it's led to some cold shoulder treatment sometimes. Then I either watch sports on the TVs or, if it's a club with a lot of gals, sit at the rail and shell out the $1s.

Dancer asked me to do PORN!
Vince, you could shut down an entire club (ie Bogart's) by doing that to all of the dancers. They'd all be passed out in the dressing room. Then that would end the "Would you like to buy the lady a drink?" scam.

Flag this review
The job is half done. The instant a review is flagged, it should be moved to a dedicated spot of the website (maybe a tab at the top which says "Worthy Review?") where memebers can click on, read, and either give their input or vote (or both). Then Founder can peek in every once in a while, take the pulse of the membership quick, and be done with it. OR, if it breaks a certain percentage (like 80%) out of 10 votes minimum, then it auto deletes the review.

Detroit Tops Chicago & Cleveland on Forbes' "Most Miserable" List
Supposedly the last election cycle totaled $4 billion. I highly doubt the cumulative total of all the salaries those government officials will earn until their next election will come close to that amount. Thereby they're dependent on fundraising, which probably comes in exchange for selling their vote(s) and control over what they oversee. In short I believe the banking industry lobbied to remove every safeguard and ultimately wound up with enough rope to hang themselves. They did. The only saving grace was to off-load the debt bubble burden onto the government (ie taxpayer) and hope normal would return. Ben Bernanke is a bag man and likely has a whole lot of sh*t on the Fed's balance sheet (which he doesn't want anyone to see/audit.)

GMD, I beg to differ. In the recent financial crisis, facilitated by the banks, the private sector finally did itself in. They required their long-time whipping boy (the government) to step in and save them. This took the form of all the bailouts and FASB 157, the infamous rule change which allowed banks to value their mountainous level 3 assets (CDOs, CLOs, etc.) at mark-to-model rather than mark-to-market. That rule change came down in March of 2009 and coincided with the bottoming of the stock markets and massive reflation since.

Not Again!!!
Maybe "Dateline" can send Chris Hansen undercover to some strip clubs, where he acts semi-drunk and drops his credit cards about and then see who returns them vs. what charges show up later on? Then return to question the manager(s) on duty on camera about any bogus amounts which came through?

Is there a greater chance a drunk dancer miscounts the number of laps in your favor??? [I've usually avoided the train wrecks for fear of Poor Lapper Performance (PLP)].

TMZ does Charlie Sheen
Granted dead wouldn't be good, but a jail cell may be worse: no porn star partying, drugs, alcohol, etc. And obviously he has an ethical money management team, for the headline is he's blowing his own dough rather than the public reading about his financial advisors pocketing his assets.

Call the Cleveland Dept. of Health? They probably have some reviews (and possibly the Cleveland Police Dept. too). Sure they wouldn't be as cavalier as a TUSCLer, but they should would have some meat when the situation called for it.

Good place not to patronize if you go up for the race in 2 weeks
I've used Trip Advisor before, so here's a look at some of the one-star reviews for "Desert Inn Resort" of "900 North Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32118":<p> "“Go somewhere else.” Desert Inn Resort bcfireman14 2 contributions Fort Lauderdale Jan 30, 2011 I see that the hotel management keeps posting so I know my comment will be replied with something like this ain't true.... Lies lies lies!!! This place is pure filth!! Disgusting trash everywhere, including the locals and other "repeat" guests! Pay the extra Money and go somewhere that's CLEAN!! This hotel is a disgrace!Date of stay December 2010 Member since July 27, 2008"<p> "“Not for human occupation” Desert Inn Resort jpl788 1 contribution Southgate, Michigan Jan 25, 2011 | Trip type: Friends getaway 1person found this review helpfulWas reminded of my terrible stay at this hotel by a local NBC news story ranking the 5 worst hotels in America, Desert Inn was ranked #3 worst hotel in America. Read my review below **News story here(http://www.clickondetroit.com/consumer/26613357/detail.html) I stayed at the Desert Inn back in September and I must say I wish I had the common sense to look up reviews prior to my stay. I was reminded today of my terrible experience while watching the news and a piece on the 5 worst/dirtiest hotels in America and I wasn't the least bit surprised when I saw this hotel was rated the third worst hotel in the country!! I'm sure some of you might not think that this place is as bad as these reviews but I assure you it is, and the link to the news story proves it. I assure you I am not the competition down the street, I'm from Michigan...so you can imagine how upset I was when we went all the way to Florida for vacation only to have to stay in this dump(couldn't afford to re-book) This hotel was filthy. When my friends and I got to our room we couldn't help but feel ripped off. The room was not fit for human occupation. The floor was obviously not cleaned seeing as there were still peanut shells on the floor which any amount of vacuuming would have taken care of. The walls were peeling and we were not surprised to see that a picture that was hanging on the wall was covering a hole. The gold trim on the ceiling was chipped and missing in certain places. After seeing the news story I read other reviews and seen the "management" respond saying dadudu123456789's review was false because the hotel doesn't have gold trim on the ceilings. I can only assume the management is delusional from the diseases they probably caught from working there because it most certainly has chipped gold trim. This place is full of bugs, mainly roaches and ants and you can hear rodents in the walls at night. DO NOT bring children here, they will never want to go on vacation again because of the traumatizing effect this place will have on them. Stay away at all costs. The only good thing from this experience was the staff was fairly nice, especially considering the amount of complaints they receive on a daily basis. Date of stay September 2010 Visit was for Leisure Traveled with With Friends Member since January 25, 2011 Would you recommend this hotel to a friend? No"<p> "“some things never change” Desert Inn Resort joeyandjeanne 1 contribution Cocoa Beach, Florida Jan 25, 2011 | Trip type: Couples i partied hard at this hotel during my late 20's early 30's as i worked at one of the local clubs.... this place was tore up then and this place is still tore up now. i recently made a stay again because of the claim of " remodled ". lie-lie-lie. i think it's gotten worse. i walked into the old confrence/ball room... unreal !!!!! i dont know how the city lets you stay open... im sure after making the top 10 dirtiest hotels in the country, city code inspectors will be calling open season on the desert inn once and for all. STAY AWAY FROM HERE... Date of stay November 2010 Visit was for Leisure Traveled with With Spouse/Partner Member since January 25, 2011 Would you recommend this hotel to a friend? No"<p> "“Come to our rooms to have roaches, & ants on the wall & ceilings over ur bed!!!” Desert Inn Resort dingalls 1 contribution Indianapolis, Indiana Jan 25, 2011 | Trip type: Family Although the upper floors are supposed to be more money for more luxury, We had to leave a room w/a kitchen. We came in at 10 p.m. w/ groceries our 2nd night of 2 wks, ROACHES scurried everywhere!!! MY KIDS & I screamed, went to a manager & they moved us to another room.- Which the refrigerator was too small. We decided to give them a chance the next summer, BAD ,MISTAKE !!! ANTS were crawling up the walls over our beds. THATS IT, SECURITY TRIED TO PUT US IN 2 MORE ROOMS DAMAGED & BALCONY DOORS BROKEN & TAPED OVER!!! NOW THATS DANGEROUS, DONT YA THINK??? FLOORS LEAKING WATER & SMELLED LIKE MOLD ON UR WAY TO VISIT THE POOL. Date of stay April 2010 Visit was for Leisure Traveled with Family with Teenagers Member since January 25, 2011 Would you recommend this hotel to a friend? No"<p>
