2 Live Crew's Luther Campbell Says He'll Run For Mayor Of Miami ...and then there's his plan to tax exotic dancers. "Even though all my stripper friends are gonna be mad at me, I think we can stimulate the economy with a tax on strippers," he said. "They make all this money and don't pay taxes.     Getting an honest cash count will be next to impossible without some government agent in a club counting dances, just to develop a base line average. Bad idea.

    he'd probably be better off trying to encourage more SC's in Miami by loosening up the rules.....and then taxing all the booze they'll be selling.
