I agree. He was a great actor.
Raisin in the Sun, To Sir with Love, Lilies of the Field, In the Heat of the Night and Guess Who's Coming to Dinner were all influential movies that influenced my views on racism. His acting in each of these movies was superb.

I don't live in metro Detroit so my direct knowledge is somewhat limited. The change in police chiefs might help but I suspect that the really motivation for the more strict enforcement is traceable to the evangelical christian churches in the area. There is also the assumption that driving out the strip clubs will magically improve the blight and quality of life in Detroit.

When you go to a massage place, you can always ask to see the "talent" before deciding if you want to stay.
In Orlando, a number of massage places get good reviews including Milk Massage and NDS.
Of course, in a strip club you can also see the talent, scantily clad and on stage, and then decide if you are interested in a private dance. At some clubs, you can discuss the range of services available, before making the financial commitment to get a private dance.
Each option has its pros and cons.

If you're working on a limited budget and want a sure thing, you might try a massage parlor. Orlando is not that far from St Augustine and has a number of well reviewed Asian Massage Parlors (AMPs).

Of course you may exercise your rights to refuse a vaccine but please sign a waiver giving up your access to medications and hospital beds if you get COVID. Those resources should be prioritized for people who made an effort to slow this pandemic.

When the US outlawed alcohol during Prohibition, it didn't reduce demand for alcohol but it opened the door for criminals, such as Al Capone, to provide illicit (and dangerous) alcohol.
The Texas law and other similar laws may be heading us down the same path as Prohibition. It is usually much better to legalize and regulate a substance (think marijuana and alcohol) or an activity (sex) that people really want/need, than it is to suppress it with draconian laws.
