..."always getting shut down." I don't recall any time in the last several years it was shut down other than for covid and repairs after the fire. There were lawsuits by the town attempting to shut it down for being too close to a park and a school bus stop. If i recall correctly, all failed and the club never closed.
The club currently known as Lust down the street was shut down several times over the last decade due to financial reasons and issues between the owners.

this was very common in the 80s around here. there was a place in Newark, I cannot recall the name, the owner's wife would make food and customers would have a plate of whatever dropped in front of them after a few beers.
I am told it works to bring in some extra customers, but it does nothing for me.

a comment on the initial interviews. GE is now pushing many interviews to your first return from another country. The wait for an appointment at EWR is half a year. try to return to the US at an entry point with GE interviews and add lots of extra time.

Sentri clears your car also. GE and SENTRI require you to undergo a background check and an interview. SENTRI requires your car or other vehicle to be inspected.
K and his Nissan Sentra and covered under SENTRI and breezes through.
K's is covered but his Civic is not covered by SENTRI so he and his car are subject to the usual checks and delays.
if you will not be using your own vehicle to drive into Mexico, SENTRI gives you nothing more than GE.
NEXUS is a Canadian program and is not as widely available at airports as GE. NEXUS interviews are available in fewer locations with most of them being in Canada. If you will be traveling by car to Canada, it is worth checking. it will be an additional $50 but there are dedicated lanes for entry into Canada. I have never had more than a five-minute wait getting into Canada by car, so I have chosen to not get nexus. Where and when you cross may have longer delays making the extar program worthwhile

i use global entry.
If i recall correctly, SENTRI will require your car to be inspected. If you will not be driving into mexico, Sentri or will be using different vehicles, Sentri is no better than Global Entry for getting back from mexico.

"What's the deal with getting a ticket for a dance" GGR has a deli style ticketing system. Go to the DJ, tell him who you want a dance with and her gives you a number. Wait until your number is called.
"Cost of Ashley's "15 min vip"?" Price is set by the club. $25 for five minutes in a communal area. $140 for a more private fifteen-minute dance and $240 for half an hour.

"MUDDY reported higher prices then listed here - but awesome mileage according to MUDDY" - the rates change by day of week, time of day and if they have any events. he went two hours before the 5 Am closing and it may be cheaper that late.
The mileage is awesome but expensive even without adding all of those extra fees.
I check this place out once a year to see if anything has changed or when someone i know holds a bachelor or divorce party here. I am always disappointed

"I truly don't understand the appeal" - she is in her mid 60's but has a tight body woman half her age wish for. She is hot compared to some of the other dancers and she has experience. She knows how to please a man.
"Cayenne literally looks like a corpse. " she is still one of the hotter ones there. She bathes. There are a few that are a bit pungent. The bar is very low at the PH.
for those wanting someone younger and IMO much more attractive, I suggest Luna or Tiffany. Luna will ask for a minimum of three dances and some other mongers say she asks for a tip. Tiffany is very much a YMMV dancer.

there have been several family member combos at the playhouse over the years. Grandmothers, mothers, daughters, sisters, aunts, cousins. A little over twenty years ago there was a woman working there with her husband's sister. I cannot recall which one but one of them had a cousin working there.
a few years ago a dancer introduced me to her civilian sister when she had a financial crisis. I still meet with them for OTC fun. I've hung out with both of them together but the sister threesome is not going to happen. Their mom is a few years younger than me and still an attractive woman. She knows, she approves, maybe someday.
