Eviction / Homelessness Crisis and the Pandemic
With home value appreciation, a lot of people who are behind on mortgage payments may put their homes on the market. That could ease the seller’s market we are now in. The Fed has been buying mortgages keeping rates artificially low. If they begin tapering ( as rumored ), mortgage rates will jump and affordability will drop. Both of these changes could pop the residential real estate bubble.

Pay attention to what day it is?
It used to be that time of day, day of week, day of month, and holidays were reliably predictive. Post CoVid, nothing seems reliably predictive.

We are approaching a point where blue states and red states choose different paths. In red states, the end of mask mandates and end of extra unemployment benefits is returning society to something like normal. In blue states, mask mandates, vaccine mandates, closed schools, taxes on success, and excessive unemployment benefits looks a lot like socialism. Blue states will increasingly look to the Biden administration for financial support.

Undercover strip club sting leads to AZ Liquor Department resignations
This is good news for Arizona clubs, patrons, and dancers. It’s a huge brushback to Liquor Control’s methods of investigating. No police officer will want to work undercover with LC knowing the career risk they are taking.

Optaylor, it is possible for more than one statement to be true at the same time 1. Vaccines are effective 2. Natural immunity, combined with vaccines, has resulted in low deaths 3. There is no need, nor constitutional basis, for forcing vaccines on the population.

    When the clubs close again
After 16 months of lockdowns, masks, and vaccines followed by plunging death rates, most people are ready to move on with their lives. If the CDC demands more business closing, they are going to get the middle finger salute.

According to The CDC, “More than 161 million people in the United States have been fully vaccinated as of July 19, 2021.” According to the CDC, there have been “5,914 patients with COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough infection who were hospitalized or died.” That’s about 1 in 6,000.

I'm surprised more strippers don't look for info on here
Most Stripperweb members want to know which clubs have customers who throw money around without requiring anything in return. Most TUSCL members want to know which clubs have hot strippers who give free blowjobs to older customers. Not a lot of crossover information.

When a review mentions anything positive about the bouncer, door girl, or waitress, it’s a clue that the review might be written by a club employee. They are the only ones who care about the bouncer, door girl, or waitress. All the PLs want to know about are the dancers.

Dr Phil asks why I’m so sensitive, then he goes on a five paragraph rant in response to my suggestion about needing to feel morally superior. In psychology, that’s called projection.

I did take the vaccine. Enthusiastically based on information available at the time. Just because I oppose mandatory vaccines doesn’t mean I oppose vaccines. Quite the opposite. I just think any society that forces a medical procedure, especially an experimental procedure, on its population is no longer a legitimate representative of the people.

There is a broad consensus among the American people for opening up the economy, not mandating vaccines, not requiring grade school kids to wear masks, and banning opposing views from being aired in public. I know I’m not going to change the minds of the minority on the left. But, it’s important that this minority not be able to silence the voices of the majority of Americans.

The current death rate from CoVid in the US is 290 deaths per day. Keep in mind, that includes people who have any number of comordidities. Bad hearts. COPD. Cancer. About 5 people in an average size state. Is that a reason to force 300 Million people to wear masks and self isolate ?

The inventor of the mRNA vaccine technology ( the technology used in the CoVid vaccine ) is calling for a pause in giving out vaccines until recent data can be evaluated. It seems that as the effectiveness of the vaccine shrinks over time, the severity of the CoVid infection rises. https://mobile.twitter.com/RWMaloneMD

    Olympics - Anybody Watching ?
I’m not watching but apparently NBC hasn’t figured out how to cover the Olympics in the internet age. Everyone knows the result before events are broadcast. And, an attempt to spread coverage across all of NBC’s platforms has confused viewers about what is available, when, and where.

From PJMedia.com “Pressuring people to get vaccinated while you’re telling those who are vaccinated that we still need to be wearing masks isn’t a winning message. Seriously, is there no one in government who can figure this out? No. No there isn’t. Because they’re all morons. The government we deserve, indeed.”

“A Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) document obtained by ABC News shows that “breakthrough” COVID-19 infections — among those who are already vaccinated — are extremely rare, despite headlines and scare stories in the media. More than 156 million Americans have been fully vaccinated. The CDC estimates that there have been approximately 153,000 infections among vaccinated individuals — about 0.098 percent. This number comes from an unpublished internal CDC document obtained by ABC News.” In other words, one out of every thousand vaccinated people becomes infected with CoVid. And, because they’ve been vaccinated, it’s likely a very mild case. For this, the government wants us to lock down again and wear masks. Fuck em.

“The vaccinated are catching and spreading the disease to others.” Or, another explanation, is that the million undocumented refugees we’ve let cross the border in the last month have something to do with CoVid spike. But, I know we’re not supposed to say such things

At the WH press conference today, Jen Psaki stressed how effective the vaccines were. She was then asked why, if they are so effective, the government says vaccinated people need to wear masks. She said that’s simply what the experts told them. She said she couldn’t explain it any clearer than that.
