Do you have a little Italian in you?
No contacy in the champagne room is like going to a restaurant, looking at the menu, and not being able to order any food at all. Or going to a bar and being offered ice water to drink. Screw that. Waste of time.

I'm fine. I'm disgusted with my life and myself, but I'm not unhappy about that.
Thanks for the update Jimmy. Anyone here anything on Players Club or Showcase yet? I may just call them tonight.

@salty, interesting idea. I still very much hope for a return to normal at some point, but that seems like a good backup plan if all else fails

There has been some antibody testing studies come out that look promising. One in a town in Germany, the other I believe in the Chicago area. They both indicated that this may be much more widespread than recently thought, getting us closer to "herd immunity" and also being indicative that this may not be as deadly as feared. Far from conclusive and still early but let's hope further antibody testing studies being done will eventually have the same results, getting us out of jail.

I am worried to about the rent situations with these clubs. Are they going to qualify for any of this small business bailout money? I assume not, but maybe there are creative ways they can.

We may soon be looking at unemployment numbers rivaling or exceeding those seen in the Great Depression. At what point do we say, we've tried, and it's time to go back to normal as much as possible, with perhaps continued restrictions for nursing homes and the elderly/vulnerable in the community. I think most folks are on board to see this through for month, perhaps two and attempt to get it under some semblance of control, but when I see leaders and experts saying it could last a lot longer than that, I would hope in saying that they aren't expecting a shutdown will go on longer as well. I can't see it. The economic damage that would cause outweighs the pandemic deaths at that point. How many lives are ruined and how many die from the economic damage if we shut down for longer than one or two months? The medical community cannot be the only voices having input on this. We need to look at the big picture.

The fatality rate here in the US seems to be going down a little bit every few days as testing increases. Currently down to 1.2 percent and the modelers haven't even started to do their work of factoring in mild and asymptomatic cases. Perhaps some reason to have hope, but still lots of uncertainty.

It looks like the mortality rate is still in question but the notion of cases doubling every 6 days seems to not be accurate. It has been slowing down in China, South Korea and Japan. I am hoping that will happen in Europe and the US as they get more aggressive with the quarrantines and stopping of public gatherings. Unresolved issues include what happens when it get's warmer, will this behave like the flu and lessen in some areas, but then blow up in say Brazil, Africa, etc. And then if so, does it come back again in the fall/ winter and we go through this garbage all over again? At some point incredibly hard choices may need to be made, goo back to normal and accept that millions may die or stay in quarrantine forever and watch the economy crumble to levels that make the great depression seem like child's play.

Partially yes, but also the quality, there can be a saturation of nonsense, but I wonder if quality could improve.

That is very unfortunate news about Rosie. I had hoped I caught her on a rare off night, but it's starting to appear that the dance quality isn't the same. "Fine" could be passable if not having a reference point from the past, but knowing how she was previously kind of ruins it. What caused it? The weed, working at a bad club in Colorado and developing bad dance habits? Who knows, but it's a bummer

Israeli Air Force? that's pretty cool if she is telling the truth, you don't expect to run into that in a Bmore strip club.
