Will Disneytroit/Florida clubs be around after Covid-19

Just wondering if anyone has any input on the odds of beloved full service clubs in this country returning after Covid-19. For me , I'm thinking of Disneytroit and Florida specifically. Flight Club and full service clubs in Inkster/Deerborn, Michigan, and clubs in the Tampa-New Port Ritchey and South Florida areas. Are they going to survive this and return? Done aleady? A chance? In addition to the economics, I'm worried that some strip club nazi politicians will use Covid 19 concerns to delay club openings long after the rest of the economy opens in an attempt to knock them out for good.

As long as the demand exists, adult entertainment will continue to exist. Just like restaurants, bars, concerts, et cetera, they will need to adjust their business model to the new reality. My guess is that in some communities, they will be forced to use a no-contact model for a while. Other communities will allow some contact. Depends on the political vibe in the community.

Here in Phoenix, I’m guessing it’s 3 months until clubs reopen and 9 months until they return to pre-CoVid rules. That’s about when I expect a vaccine to be available.

I worry that strip clubs and massage parlors will not return to normal operation until an effective vaccine is developed and disseminated. Make it fast, I'm not getting any younger!

There are a lot of strippers on stripperweb saying they won’t go back to work until Sept/Oct. They want to make sure the virus is gone. Even if a club reopens this summer, a lack of dancers may stand in the way.

@Mark94 I think the conditions you predict that the clubs reopen at are exactly what the OP is worried about. OP mentioned full service places in Detroit and South Florida. I'll add COI to that, but not Hong Kong in Mexico. If they do in fact open only to become no touch/air dance type places then they are useless IMO and will soon lose most of the business they had. Patrons who received a level of service previously and now get nothing close to that will leave quickly.

I think HK in Mexico might return to old form much faster because of the lax enforcement and desperation in the girls needing to make money. I get the feeling they're not as worried about COVID19 down there as girls are up here.

I think the situation looks kind of bleak for strip clubs in the US now. Just like it does for the cruise ship industry, theatre, sporting events, concerts, dine in restaurants, bars, etc. A lot of people will be weary about being packed in like sardines anywhere now.

It depends on the dancers. I can't recall the dancer's name, but I got a strange dance from a germaphobic extras girl at the Flight Club a year or two ago, wiped herself and me down before the dance began. If she was still dancing when all the restaurants and bars closed, I sincerely doubt she will be back until there is a vaccine.

Well dayshift has never been packed. I've often been there with half a dozen dancers and the same number of PLs.

I am worried to about the rent situations with these clubs. Are they going to qualify for any of this small business bailout money? I assume not, but maybe there are creative ways they can.

Most of these owners have stacks of currency they’ve siphoned off their clubs and off the books. If they haven’t used it all for drugs, they just need to go to the safety deposit box and grab a handful.

PL's need to assume that the days of full service strip clubs and 2-way contact lap dances are over. The idea things go back to what they were in February is a pipe dream. The populace showed every level of government how easy it is to imprison and control us and as such anything the remotely infers freedom of choice is not coming back.

Skibum I bet you're a hit a parties.

Sheesh I mean I know it looks bad for clubs immediately after this is over. But at the very least, I think things will ease up when the numbers are under control or a vaccine is ready. I don't believe that's the end of good 2 way contact lap dances forever.

you should expect this;

America was headed that way. Corona just expedited this norm.

If you live long enough, you see that everything eventually comes back. There will be full contact clubs again. I just don’t know if that will happen in my lifetime.

@salty, interesting idea. I still very much hope for a return to normal at some point, but that seems like a good backup plan if all else fails

If the clubs are open at all, there is probably little difference between air dances and Detroit regular order as far as Wuhan Flu communicability is concerned. If you are that close to someone who is a spreader, you are getting it.
