What kind of character this girl has (you can prolly tell with 80% accuracy) will determine whether or not a $$$ problem is the source of her call.

Money doesn't have to be mentioned if there is some sort of a hopeful implication. Have you spent $$$ on her in the past generously and gratuitously? If so than she is hoping you'll continue to do so without overtly mentioning it. If you have juss hung out and chatted and tossed a few $$$ her way but not a reat deal than there's a decent possibility that's this is a legit offer with NSA.

You can get a feel for motives for the most part. When an individual wants to be objective and break things down to its most common denominator it can usually be pretty telling. There was a stripper recently I was pretty fond of and even tho I thought she was a rather sweet girl and would've spent somewhat lavishly on her I could tell I was getting a bit too involved and it wasn't difficult to gauge motives in neutral settings.

first to davids it wasn't an angry e-mail, how you got angry e-mail from tasteful is beyond me. I did appreciate the rest of your thoughts.
Chandler--- to break it down succinctly we're at the club hanging out she proffers the opportunity to go out to dinner rather unsolicited and when I take her up on it I got what I thought was a really lame excuse (sunning at the pool right across the street from me to boot)
Abbie--- there was no chance for any relationship of a romantic nature OTC. It would've been strictly dinner, movie, show whatever. She even mentioned bringing her 2 YO along.

does it matter that we had been out before? I can be all naive and say I really thought it'd be different on this occasion since I had expressed to her my reluctance to ever ask her out again because of the denials. It isn't a stretch to say she dropped the hint of going out with the hope that I'd spend money on her later that night (which I did but they were largely unrelated) but damn if she was being that shallow couldn't she have come up with a better reason than sunning at the Hard Rock pool as a reason to decline dinner? I was more amused and disappointed than anything else.

I was blown away a few days ago when someone I highly respect who is on the periphery of the industry mentioned how many men are able to worm their way into a strippers' life and take control of them for a short amount of time. Perhaps you could've asked the club manager to elaborate but this may be eventually what it leads to.

I would never pay for sex OTC. OTOH I would be more than willing to take someone out and show them a lavish evening even knowing the latter would cost me far more than the former. I am crazy and stoopid that way.

Generally overaggressive types are ROBS. At the same time they are gyrating like mad on you they are overpromising stuff if you're juss willing to take them to VIP. I think someone who orders an expensive drink is likely to be a rob as well. You juss hafta be paying attention.

what happens when you know there are already issues between mother/daughter previously? I suspect if I were to ask this of a particular stripper she wouldn't have much to offer in response. I wouldn't think less of her because of it.

I've never been approached for OTC and never really had the two dancers ploy either (tho one time a dancer did have her friend start dancing for me and I gave $20 out of charity, hey I guess that is a ROB)

Why the introduction of rape into a thread regarding motivations for sex as if there is a comparison to be made in any way possible? Rape isn't sex. It's an infliction of one person's will over another regardless of anyone's intention. I am a person who can't have sex without an emotional attachment of an extreme sort (which is why I've only had sex with one person)

I've seen prostitutes hanging at the bar at Striptease tho they weren't anything that special. Seamless is a stunning place but don't know about extras. Best bet for that MAY be Olympic Garden but I don't know that from personal experience. Stay away from Can Can room and Palomino Club as well as Girls of Glitter Gulch. I recommend Cheetahs and Foxy Girls (smaller type place)

The waiting for a dancer line has worked for me roughly 10,000 times so I would use that as much as I could. The other line that works, espesh if it's true is I juss walked in tne door and am trying to get a lay of the land. NEVER tell a stripper that she isn't your type (and why) is what was told to me by someone.

No offence there Chandler but if I go to a club solo I don't sit at a table for four unless I am willing to share a few of the other seats with strangers if the need arises. Otherwise I am inviting a visit from a club manager who sees two seats going to waste because I am unwilling to be friendly.

It's interesting the hurdles one might subconsciously lay out there to see if anyone climbs over them and the path beyond the hurdles that follow. Met a stripper in a club, had some great conversations with her, was told things by her I didn't feel I deserved to know. Instantly I knew this was the one(ATF) but before I went overboard I was able to think somewhat objectively about things and see how things went. Nothing felt right when I wasn't in the club but ohhhhhhhhhhhhh when I was in the club.......... Thankfully I was able to largely divest myself of any further interest before going overboard. In answer to your question (the preceding was the setup) for someone I had belief in there prolly isn't any length I wouldn't go to assist a friend like that. If it was someone I built up a relationship with both ITC AND OTC over a long period and I could afford to give a helping hand without a major hindrance to my lifestyle I'd go about six or seven of the whole nine yards. Note this wouldn't work for everyone. I live quite simply and want for very lil. (I am far from well-off)
