It's possible that the price reflects how much she doesn't want to do OTC.

A lot of people don't agree with this rule of thumb, but in south Florida where ITC extras are very common, I typically pay somewhere around the cost of a room. So if it's a girl working in a club where the typical room price is 50 for the room + 150-250 for her, I usually expect to pay 200-300 for OTC. A nicer club with more expensive rooms or higher tip expectations usually means the girls are expecting more for OTC too. It's a general guideline, absolutely not a hard and fast rule. But it tends not to vary too much. I could afford an occasional 2k romp, but I've never paid more than around 500 that I remember and I don't see that changing anytime soon. Certainly not when I can see her or someone comparable ITC for 1/4-1/2 the price.

You didn't ask, but I pretty much immediately stop talking to any girl who wants to get specific about the amount of time she's going to spend. If you introduced time into the equation, that's fine.
