Ladies and gentlemen, I'm pretty sure it was my message to Founder, asking him why shit like SJG's satanic rape fantasy was tolerated here, that triggered the temporary demise of the comment section. Look, I appreciate the lightly moderated nature of this place, but the fact is it's never been absolute. Icee got banned for making an explicit threat against Mitch McConnell. CJ got banned for explicitly accusing Donald Trump of being an Epstein pedophile. Another post giving Juice's (RIP) name got taken down too. Given that, why was it one complaint about SJG, who has graphically threatened other board members, and posted explicit rape fantasies that he intends to act out, that prompted this overreaction? You can squash threads and users like that in a targeted fashion. You've done so before. I think doing so against material that could get us subpoenaed when he finally goes off the deep end does us all a service. Founder, is he your crazy cousin that you have a soft spot for? Or do you just have such pity on someone who spends 30 plus hours a week here? At this point, I think you owe us an explanation. Why does he get special privileges? I know trolls come back the same day they get banned. The aforementioned did so. But it establishes that some behavior is clearly out of bounds. Shit, you could block me for this message, even though I have a history of writing great reviews and never threatening anyone here. Your prerogative. But I guarantee you that within a few posts he'll validate every comment I made above. (SJG, you're a creepy ass motherfucker and a sex crime waiting to happen. Get help.)

    TUSCL is a business whose primary offering is free speech. It’s also a business that must be aware of potential legal liabilities. It’s a tricky business threading your way through those conflicting forces. I don’t understand why people would participate in a free speech forum, only to demand cancellation of people they don’t agree with. Odd. Ironic. Hypocritical. Something like that. Hell, Founder even gave us the ability to personally block people we don’t want to hear from. That’s further than a lot of open forums would go to. I’ve blocked a few people, including SJG. I assume some people have blocked me. No worries.

    Founder tried to put prove a point and it was made. He forgets he is the absolute power, and he gets to decide. Democracy? Authoritative? It's a very fine line.     There is no such thing as free speech in the constitution or anywhere when the censor is a business. The first amendment only protect speech when the government wants to shut it down. There is no such requirement to allow free comments for private enterprises.

    It seems to me that Founder is never going to be part of the "cancel culture". If I were him, I'd cancel the person asking for someone to be canceled. I guess he did that in a way. There are posters I really enjoy here and one I r two that I don't like. I police this myself by not reading what they write. I don't think it's a good look to act like a male "Karen", and ask for someone to be canceled.

    623 but businesses can create a free speech environment for example rumble or some of the other platforms created after some conservatives were banned on twitter. The tricky thing with free speech is what actions are allowed in response to verbal or written threats of violence or theft. Some people think you can take physical action in response to verbal threats or even verbal insults.

    Some people just not getting it. This board is founder's playground. Not a "free speech" place (wtf, first amendment says "Congress shall make no law"...) And "cancel culture" has nothing to do with any of this. I pointed out examples where someone has been blocked and Founder's blatant double standards. Why is one person allowed to operate by a different set of rules? Founder can do what he damn well pleases but why? That's what I'm curious about.

    If you want SJG gone, just ignore him. By responding to him and addressing him, you give him the attention he craves and become his chief enabler. Do not blame the host for an unmoderated website for your own attention-giving behavior. Ignore the trolls - SJG, cacaplop, whatever Dougster is calling himself these days, et al- and they will wither on the vine and die.

    On a more serious note. I respect private business. Founder can do as he wants. This is his. I don't care if SJG the mentally ill piece of shit posts here. Rather have him than icee, who is the worst partially human being on earth. The complaint I have is Founder's mistake in calling what he did yesterday censorship, because it wasn't. If you pulled down the discussion section for some but not all based on viewpoints, then it is censorship. Taking it down treats every opinion equally and wasn't censorship, just an overreaction; again, the owner's right. In reality its almost time for this board to end anyway. Everything has been discussed again. Once the new site is up I can go back to reading the paper because I decided to get it delivered again.

    If we're all about free speech here, then the users should have the freedom to ask why some members get privileges and leeway that is not afforded to others. We should also have the freedom to ask why a website that positions itself to be welcoming to dancers and sex workers provides a green light to members who post HIV+ rape fantasy ([view link]) as well as Satanic rape fantasy ([view link]). And, while we're on the topic of Satan, why does a dancer who posts an image of Jesus-as-stripper get scolded ([view link]) for being "extremely offensive" while the previously mentioned thread on Satanic rape fantasy gets no reaction at all? And, it's also fair game to ask why one member is allowed to take over another user's thread for over a year and 400 posts (even when it has been explained to them over and over again that they only need to start their own thread on the topic and it will cease to negatively impact the other user)? All of which is blithely ignored by that hijacker ([view link]). And if the answer to all of those questions is "Because FU, it's my website.", then that's perfectly valid. But let's stop pretending that it has anything to do with rights, free speech, or cancel culture. Personal opinion ... Giving TUSCL members some internal control over their own user experiences here is not an assault on free speech. Someone should be able to *truly* block another user (as far as I'm concerned, the current tool is broken). And users should be able to close commenting on the threads they create.

It seems unlikely to me that Founder would tolerate members miscoding html to close threads, but get so bent by your DM that he shut down the board temporarily. But who knows. There was no accompanying message. Maybe to avoid the inevitable ADA law suit SJG would surely file if he was banned, Founder is just going to shut down the board Monday through Saturday from 1 to 7 PST with the above banner. (Except library Holidays of course.) 😈

    There is no user on here, and no moderator anywhere, who does not allow his or her own personal beliefs and biases to influence who they boot and who gets a pass. Moderation, shadow banning, cancel culture all spring from the same place of "I do not like what you say, and so you should not be free to say it." That is wrong, period. Full stop. Be grown-ass men and accept responsibility for feeding the trolls. If you want moderation, go to Reddit or the netherlands website. If you want content control, start your own website. I'll admit to not knowing what the big deal is, because I have him blocked. I have no rape fantasy clutter on my login because I have chosen not to. Stupid little trolls will not kill this website, but moderation sure as hell will.

    “It’s Another post giving Juice's (RIP) name got taken down too” I found it contradictory that Juice’s post was deleted but when Alucard passed away several years ago, one member chose to post his full name and personal details and nothing happened. I’m not standing up for Alucard - he was a weird ass dude with some odd takes on life, but it seems strange that news of the two deaths were handled differently. One way for a member that was “mostly” liked and one for a member “mostly” disliked

    Besides the banned members Tetra mentioned there have been others, txtittyfag, trucidos 2 or 3 times, and spammers/advertisers such as the Indian packers/movers, and Indian escort sites so there is selective moderation. All of them combined have resulted in less dissension, spam, and arguing than the creep has fueled here. I've said it before, it's Founders board, he does what he wants with it, he's a businessman and it's his business. But this board specifically exists as a location to gather reviews and other information about strip clubs. The life blood of this forum is the reviews and sharing of club information through those reviews, the creep has never contributed to any of that. Instead what we get from him is threads on starting a fiat, obscure subjects that only he posts about and comments on with no interests from others. All of us have either pay or post reviews to get valid memberships here. Technically it's not my business but I'd really like to know why the creep was originally given VIP access when he has not met the criteria of VIP membership and now has verified membership even though I'm 99.9 percent positive that he didn't go through the process to verify himself? What makes a poster that is the root cause of so much off topic spam qualified to be verified or a VIP? Why is a poster that is the root cause of so much dissension and flame wars qualified to be verified or a VIP? Why him and only him?

    I’m ok with Founder running this in the way he sees fit. I am not as invested in the content that SJG’s disturbing fantasies trigger me to message Founder. I can’t speak from a position of knowledge, about SJG. But, is it better to allow him to fantasize here uncensored - as it remains fantasy? Pushing him to become angry at being unable to post graphic depictions of rape fantasies could have a worse outcome? I wonder if SJG has threatened Founder with a bizarre lawsuit if he is censored? SJG has a lot of free time to create documents and do research on this type of topic.

Though oddly, if you went over to individual sub forums (front room, politics, etc), you could view thread titles and even create your own thread. I created one yesterday while the discussions were down just to test it out. And then later on, I received a PM and I couldn’t respond to it until earlier this morning. It’s a soap opera on here. 🍿

    Hmm, just noticed the photos section. It looks like only dancer uploaded photos show up now…unless I upload anything. And in that case, it will not appear. I just tested it out right now.. 👀 So I individually have been effectively “shadowbanned” from posting photos. BUT the ability to inject HTML for either general photo purposes, trolling purposes, or potentially at some point outright malicious purposes are still around. And there has been nothing said to address that, and at this point who knows if it ever will. Founder of course has a right to to prioritize any issue he deems that’s the biggest priority and address it as he sees fit. But if blocking one dancer from posting something “very offensive” is what the priority is…then I’ll just put out my personal opinion that this is a very very weird hill to die on. Also, I will put out a general statement on the board that since (general) site security issues doesn’t seem to be a priority… I want everyone on this site to know that I will personally be going through my PMs and deleting every single conversation that has anything that might even be remotely bad for it to be out there. Whether because the information is doxxing, or just simply that if somebody hasn’t put something out on the board, it might be personal in some other way and better not read. I don’t have the power to make the site more secure, but I will do my part that if anything ever DOES happen (and hopefully it never does happen), then I can feel satisfied knowing that I did my part. Especially because some of the cool people I’ve met in real life on here sometimes feel comfortable writing things in PMs that they wouldn’t want to do on the board. I would encourage anybody else to do the same with their own personal conversations, with anybody else.

I always try to remember that founder sold me lifetime VIP membership for very cheap (probably regrets it now), and gives it away for very small contributions. I'm not a charity case, and if anyone else is, go see what they can do for you at The Salvation Army. We can't expect founder to be shelling out (or shell out more than he may already be) to keep this site up. The very, very worst moderator is one who volunteers to do it. You'd need a paid moderator. Or founder would have to pay the opportunity cost of using his own time to moderate. And even with a good moderator, there's a lot of hard judgement calls. So, I'll say it again, use the ignore button.

    Icee has insulted whites, hindus, indians, latinos among others. He has insulted mormons, Christianity, conservatives. Also he was advising people to discuss specifics sexual acts with escorts before meeting them in person or paying. Something that could land someone in serious trouble. He thought it was funny trolling, and would be funny to get tricks in trouble. His advice to a woman in need of financial help was to scam and finesse tricks or sell weed. He had the same advice to another user who needed help making money. SJG was given VIP access last year for a month in October/November because I specifically PM’d founder and asked him that if I paid for one month’s worth of VIP if he can grant it to SJG. And that was what happened. It was right around when a bunch of people were calling for him to be banned (more than usual anyways), so I thought it would interesting to see how people would react. And people’s reactions were indeed hilarious. Oddly enough during that time period SJG was more calm and posting less, erm, inflammatory posts at that time. And that was despite the fact that I may or may not have PM’ed him encouraging him to post comments on people’s reviews to enlighten them about front room makeout sessions. But that didn’t happen. I love doing things just to see how people react and I have no regrets. Fun times.

    I'll make a point and ask a question, on a previous post founder, you said if anyone thinks someone should be banned post it here and I'll consider it, your own words, you don't appear to have considered anything from where I sit, you can't really censor anything, because if it's not available here it's likely available someplace if it's actually not illegal, so my point is simple why can't a community decide what it want's to be available, and how can you even have such an abundance of hubris, that you make the statement that's what censorship looks like, when factually that's what a temper tantrum looks like.

If you engage in any of the activities you talk about on here, you’re taking a big risk even going to the cops. Theres a reason drug dealers and hoes avoid the cops and avoid snitching even if someone robs them or talks trash or etc. Anybody can file a police report.     Cmi: I remember seeing the comment in my feed a while back, though I couldn't read the whole thing bc I had ignored him. He wrote it right after I publicly shared that I had ignored him. Which makes me think that he did it not because he reads the reviews in Seattle (why would he), or because he gives a shit about trans people, but because he was upset with me and writing a shitty comment in my review was a way to lash out. I notice that the review is gone now. I would have deleted it myself, but tuscl doesn't have a feature for this. I suspect that founder occasionally removes irrelevant bickering from reviews because most people come to the site and pay the fee for reviews and not for discussion group drama.

    Ok, so I looked at the post drew and the icee one are squabbling over. It's too much to paste. Drew thought he saw a tranny in a club, was grossed out. But he didn't use the slang words, he tried to be PC about it. Stuff happens. I was at a club in New Jersey the other week and the dancer I wanted to get was being a bitch (it was Johnny A's and they had a strong preference for regulars and locals) but there was another dancer who caught my eye.
