Tragic News From the Far Side

Depraved Deacon of Degeneracy
Mrs. Hornibastard received a phone call from Indonesia late yesterday that kept her on the phone jabbering incessantly for more than an hour in our formal, front living room.

When she finally came out, her mood was quiet and somber. Our kids had already gone to bed when Mrs. Hornibastard began to sniffle and announced that “Yuni is dead.”

I was not expecting this.

At first I wondered if Covid-19 was to blame. Or had Yuni died in an automobile accident?

The truth was worse.

Yuni took her own life.

She had recently gone to Surabaya, Indonesia’s second largest city, where she planned to open her first convenience store outside of the kampung. There she met and fell in love with a young man from Holland.

Things were apparently going great and it seemed that Yuni was finally destined to be married. Her new boyfriend also agreed to co-invest in Yuni’s new business venture.

Then he disappeared with a substantial amount of her money.

Yuni leapt to her death from the roof of a high rise apartment building in suburban Surabaya.

That's awful Rev. Your wife will likely be in a daze for at least a couple of weeks which is normal.

So sorry for your, and especially your wife's, loss. It's a huge shame that you never got the chance to sponsor her to come to the US (I do remember the various reasons you shared why that couldn't work in the short/medium term). She sounded like someone who would have thrived here.

Mrs. Hornibastard told me at lunch today that she spoke to Yuni earlier this year about coming to visit us in America. She had also broached the subject with Yuni of a protracted visit - staying with us for 6 months or more.

Yuni was reluctant because she didn’t have anyone she trusted to look after her stores. Then after she met and fell in love with that guy from Holland she had even more reason not to leave Indonesia for a long visit to the USA.

Rest In Peace, Yuni.

I hope BBBC gets a hold of that Dutch scumbag.

@Papi Chulo -

Yuni (not her real name) was a very close friend of Mrs. Hornibastard. They both grew up in the same village among the terraces rice paddies of East Java.

I met Yuni when we visited my wife’s family in May & June of last year.

I wrote a series of diary-like entries that I posted on this discussion board while I was still in the kampung in East Java.

I think I have links to those posts. If I still have them, I will re-post them here later.

@Papi Chulo:

I did still have the links to those posts from last year.

I’ve been so busy, I’d forgotten what a magical time I had in East Java a little over a year ago.

She didn’t exactly say she wanted to fuck

My condolences, Rev. Like others here I remember your well written stories about her. Sad to hear she was scammed and subsequently felt so defeated that she was driven to end the pain in that fashion. Such a terrible and tragic chain of events.

On another note, right when Icey shows a glimmer, I mean even a smidgen of hope, he makes posts like these to remind everyone what a giant piece of shit he is.

She wanted to scam him and he scammed her. These types of stories are common with sex tourism.

And the desperation she felt is horrifying

TFP,,

Thanks for the kind words.

As for Iced PeePee, I regard him as a very small piece of shit, barely even noticeable.
