I'd be very surprised if it had any noticeable effect on the club and entertainment scene in TJ. I say this only because in the many trips I've taken to there, I've rarely met anyone from Central America. I'd estimate that 99% of the BGs, SCGs, and paraditas are from different parts of Mexico. I have, albeit very rarely, encountered a few Guanacas, Chapinas, and Catrachas. But they were all paraditas; never have I met a non-Mexicana inside the bars and clubs, at least not one from Central America.

Dont forget the anti American sentiments. Thats way more likely to affect American sex tourism in Mexico.
