I got to play with one last week. Those things are bad ass!

I bought an Oculus Rift about 3 years ago. Of course I checked out pc games as well as VR Porn.

It's definitely heading in the right direction for games, even if the headset is a bit heavy and after using for about 45-60 minutes I had to take a break due to a rising sense of vertigo & nausea. This is due to your vision of the horizon not matching the gravity your body feels..

But for porn, it started out awesome... it totally redefines a POV scene. BUT, there are still important limitations. Most important is that the multiple cameras needed to shoot a scene cannot be moved during the scene. They are carefully calibrated to provide the 360 degree (or sometimes 270 degree) view. That means every scene puts you as a guy who never moves, usually sitting on a chair, sofa or bed and the other actors move around doing things TO you, but "you" never do anything to them...for every scene. So after viewing maybe 20 or 30 or so they all start to look the same.

Once they solve the camera mobility problem, they can get much more creative in how they stage a scene and how the actors interact.

My Oculus Rift has been sitting in my closet for the last 15 months...

Will it replace strip clubs? I doubt it, but it's not hard to imagine a hybrid experience where you can wear a headset (and other "tactile" items like gloves, and a sensor-loaded body suit) to look at your ideal dancer while the dancer in real life who is bouncing on your, lets say lap :p, could look nothing like what you see. Think Total Recall without Arnold having the brain aneurism...

The idea that by improved media technology that you could make better porn and even offer some kind of cybersex, or involving some kind of robotics does not really appeal to me.

VR porn doesn't really hold any appeal to me. I don't care much about POV porn to begin with an VR porn seems just designed to be a neater version of POV porn.

Sex robots on the other hand that look and feel just like real girls? Now that I can get behind.

I get bad motion sickness on any game that moves for me, or any where I am climbing ladders or changing z axis. Even the 360 YouTube roller coaster videos make me sick.

Typical weekly schedule, 20 hours study in our alternative college. 20 hours work, doing something relevant to what one is learning and planning to build a career in.

Evenings, the social and food time, which means rituals, and getting your balls drained dry. Just walk into our strip club like room, and the hotties will be on you.

Then sleep, can be with one of our women, for more drain outs.

Then weekends probably do some other stuff.

Then some people will have shifted schedules so that they can cover necessary duties which need to be around the clock.

And do all of this while all material and financial needs are being met, and you have a generous exit contract should you ever want to use it. The inner order women get 4x what the men get. And we hope you stay, as we need mature and experience people for the leadership.

Because if you get a sex robot, you don't need a real girl anymore and the power of the pussy vanishes. Once the power of the pussy vanishes, you need no human being's approval anymore to live how you wanna live. As long as you "rely" on girls for sex though they will always have a tremendous power over you.

This isn't to say that you stop or avoid having sex with real girls. Just don't rely on them for it. Hunter S. Thompson writes wild and crazy stuff. I am the diametric opposite of that. Shailynn said that I am a buzz kill.

We do not separate women into categories, we dissolve the categories, especially the principle one which has always been used to control women.

The maximum penalty we could every enforce would be ex-communication, but this would be extremely rare. The basic initiation and formation process would last about 10 years. After that the party would have governance duties. Very rare we would ever want to expel anyone after that.

Before that, we would expect some fall out. Some would decide that it is not for them. To be expected.

So while your references are intriguing, I don't see that it would fit.

I disagree, robot sex is not like sex with a real person. That there is this pussy power is just a ramification of the fact that it is a real person. No desire or need to neutralize of eliminate it.

I don't think a "girl replacement" technology is a good idea. I also don't think a girl would be impressed with a guy who fucks a robot.
