Dealing with a time limit...

PaulDrake
Off again on again PL
So lately I have been branching out to a few other clubs. These new clubs have fixed 15/30/60 minute VIP options which are a totally new thing for me. A couple of the clubs the managers are awesome and either totally don't watch the time or are willing to let you run over a fair bit. The other club (all ricks branded clubs) the manager watches the clock like a hawk and comes by with a flashlight the split second the time is up.

I don't feel like this is something that has been discussed much on the board before.

How normal is it for a manager to be strict or loose about the time limit? Any good strategy for getting someone to loosen up? In my case I have tipped since the manager and another TUSCLer has reported the same thing (strict time limit even after tips).

I’ve done this many times - and the leniency is primarily due to whether the VIP room manager is a hard ass or not.

Some want to cut you off just before your time is up. They might think you will cum just at the end of a session - and by interrupting - you will buy another session to finish.

In many cases the manager will yell back to tell the dancer that times up - but they won’t kick you out. They will give you more time to clean up and dress -

I’ve had sessions where the manager cuts you off promptly - and the whore starts a hard sell for more time - and the manager tries to get you to run it on a credit card. I was drinking back then, and I ran several VIP sessions on my corporate credit card. I don’t recommend doing that.

I think it all depends on how busy the club is or really how much in demand those rooms are. Some clubs make a lot of money from those VIP rooms so they want to turn them as much as possible. If there is no one behind you wanting in, then they probably don't care of if you go over time.

I don't do VIP often but IME they usually call time when time is up - after all you are paying for a specific block of time - and one would assume clubs with multiple blocks of time that the club would want to try to get you to buy the larger time-block vs giving you extra time.

As Warrior mentioned on slow shifts they may be more lax but don't necessarily count on it (on dayshift many clubs are more lax about everything).

And in some shitty clubs the bouncer may even cut your time short as a way to force the custy or dancer to tip him ahead of time.

All of the clubs here have timed VIPs. And they’re pretty prompt at calling time. There’s one club where the daytime bartender is susceptible to bribes and will not bother you over time as long as you don’t stay too long over.

In the last several years the only club that I have done VIP in is Follies and the number of times has been decreasing for lack of talent that appeals to me. But I have never been rushed by management. The bigger threat of that comes from the dancers. It's supposed to be a 30 minute visit but from what I've seen guys are in and out in 10-15 minutes.

So what's the best strategy to get a manager to loosen up?

The best method to get anyone in this industry to loosen up is to tip them.

Has anyone actually heard a manager say this?

I have had three recent timed dances. One the dancer set a timer and was gone be fore the timer beeped twice. Bad experience all around. Two times at another club. One time the manager intervened right on the dot but we had a few minutes afterwards to get ourselves together before we left the VIP area. 2nd time I think we were forgotten because it was long after the proscribed time before we were stopped.

My experience with timed VIP rooms is the demand dictates the timing enforcement.

Tipping the room watcher only works about a quarter of the time.

I prefer to buy more time to make sure I finish my fun.

Wallanon - I was presuming that was the possible reason for interrupting a session a few minutes early.

Maybe I'm wrong in my thought process.

I won't cum until the last few minutes of a session - and I keep a general idea of the time remaining. If a manager interrupts near the end - it can be a bad time for a hard stop.

My experience is, tip the server (not manager, for this club) and you will get more of a grace period. I'm usually doing day shift, so demand isn't high.

Had an odd experience once when the server came back 15 or 20 minutes into a half hour VIP and said, "[dancer], your regular booth is open if you want to move there". WTF? No thanks, we were doing quite well where we were, thank you...

Every place I've done VIP my stripper had set the timer on her clock and I always did the same with mine. Before it even starts we agree to go by her clock and I make sure I see it start at the beginning as well as start my own. And only at one club did the management ever stop by (on time) and give a heads up that there were 5min left.

As far as LDKing before time is up I just make sure I know when there's 5 min left and then focus on doing it. I used to do so many 30 min VIPs for $150 with my ATF DS that I would LDK like clockwork during the last song without even checking the time.

===> "So what's the best strategy to get a manager to loosen up?"

Just buy enough time so that you don't have to worry about it.

Like others here, most clubs that I've visited which have timed VIP have enforced the time limits. This includes times when I tipped the manager upfront, though sometimes that tip is as much about privacy as time.

Most places discount larger blocks of time, so it's usually not the biggest deal in the world to upgrade from a 15 minute to a 30 minute, for example. So if you're feeling performance anxiety about whether you can cum in your own pants in 15 minutes, spring for the bigger block.

PaulDrake said "So what's the best strategy to get a manager to loosen up?"

If tipping doesn't work then you just need to buy more time up front. Generally speaking, if you're at a club where they strictly enforce time limits, then you don't have many options that aren't OTC.

I've also seen the timekeepers be more lenient with some dancers as opposed to others. But that's hard to predict.

If you’re a regular it helps if the club isn’t too busy. A lot of girls hold to the time also. If you have a girl you know we’ll talk to her. She probably knows the deal unless she’s brand new. If she’s not inclined to help it may be more about her time as opposed to the club.

@san_jose_creep But the biggest PLs are the ones that talk about how to OTC and DFK with a stripper but don't actually go to strip clubs in real life. They just type fantasies on TUSCL everyday.

Do you know anyone like this personally?

There isn't a surefire way to accomplish getting more time - there are many variables but it's usually not the norm that if you do X then you'll likely get more time - as boomer79 mentioned perhaps the dancers may be in the know as to how it can be achieved if it can be achieved at all - but as boomer79 mentioned she would have to be ok w/ that also in terms of her also wanting to give you more time

I've found enforcement of time on rooms like that to be pretty hit or miss. There's a tendency for clubs that cater to local/repeat business to be more lenient with time; least when dealing with a regular. Going during off peak days/times lends itself to getting some "free" time too. Tipping can influence it, I've found a one-off tip to have little impact, at least at reasonable levels. Regular tips of modest amounts however can do wonders.

As others have hinted at, the girl sometimes plays a role as well. IME, girls either can/do influence how soon the "times up" call comes directly, or whomever is in charge plays favorites a bit and lets some girls stay in longer.

Coming round to a recommendation: If you need more time, pay for it.
