  Heaving, I was saying that tongue in cheek. Nice spice is correct. Dale Carnegie was famous for his book of that title and there were seminars throughout the country a number of years back advocating his method of basically not offending anyone, no matter what.

  2. If you ask someone to do something phrase is in terms of how it benefits them.
