After 9 years my ATF moved 1200 miles away. She’s doing okay, but not too surprisingly came up short on funds for New Years’ Eve. She texted me asking if I’d send her a couple of hundred. She offered to do a 1/2 hour live FaceTime completely nude with a dildo or asked if I had any other ideas what she could do in exchange. I really miss her and know she’s in a relationship but not sure I miss her that much. Any suggestions on whether I should help and if so in exchange for what?

There is nothing of value that she can give you long distance. Pictures would be worthless since you already have thousands of them. I assume that a sex video would also be worthless for the same reason. And a cam show would be a pathetic exercise given how much you have been intimate in person.

Of course in my opinion you should not “help” her, because you are hinting at the fact that is not worth to you what she is offering.
If you decide to go ahead and help, go ahead, but don’t enable. Helping her by giving her money is OK only if you are getting something appropriate in return and if you are willing and in a financial position to do so, and the money doesn’t enable poor behavior (drugs) and causes more harm than good.
I believe you do care for her an you are “in love” and because of that love you should be willing to let her go because that is what is best for her.

Well question is she really a heroin addict? Because then giving her extra money is pointless and she needs to learn the hard way what to prioritize in life rather than a drug addiction.
If she isn't an addict I dont see the issue helping her out if you really wanna.
