Many dont fuck without a condom. Its common with the asian agencies but outside those i would think BBFS is like 10%. Unless yoire referring to providers that ask for test results. BBBJ is commonly offered but bbfs isnt. I dont think not providing bbfs is scamming unless they specifically offered it to you
