YES! Last summer I was at the local amusement park with my friends and I notice this girl in line ahead of me that appeared to be about 20-23 years old. And the guy she was with looked like he had to be mid 50s at the minimum. He had a receding hairline and and the hair he did have left was extremely grayed out. My first thought was that that was her father. However I saw that they got a little too intimate to be family. Holding hands and the occasional butt grab and lip to lip kiss.

Oddly enough nobody noticed it besides me and my pals.

Yes I’ve seen it. I think more and more strippers are turning to the sugar baby route instead of stripping.

@Vantablack Was this park in West Virginia or Arkansas? if so, an occasional butt grab and kiss on the lips is fairly common between fathers and daughters (and brothers and sisters).

I can understand the concern. I'm a 76 yo white dude and I've been doing VIP with a black chick that just turned 24. She has agreed to OTC at my house including dinner. I guess some times you just have to say "What the fuck!"

Yes, a few years ago I saw a guy that had to be late 60s or early 70s with a 20 something hot Asian girl in a resturant. His demeanor made him look like an ass hole and she didnt act like she wanted to be there. I overheard the waitresses asking each other wtf? They were calling her his concubine

The amusement park was in California, but if it was in the mentioned states then it would make sense haha

It's so weird how some guys need to put people and relationships into fixed mental categories in order to make sense of them. I never see this phenomenon more anywhere than I do on this board.

Why does it need to be either/or? There are plenty of girls who do some of both. Heck, there are girls who sugar and escort and dance, in any combination as opportunities strike.

But in this particular instance, assuming a sugar relationship is highly speculative given where they were. A nice restaurant late at night, a theatre event, a hotel bar, a strip club, etc.,etc., would all be natural places to run into this and I've seen it more than a few times over the years. But at the gym? it's much harder to say what that might have been and assuming a sugar situation is highly speculative without more to go on.

I take my 30 y/o ds gf out all the time and I'm nearly 50....I don't get many looks that I notice...But I don't act like an asshole and she enjoys being there...Not saying I'm not sugaring and that she doesn't get paid....But she seems to enjoy it.

I think half the fun of going on an OTC date is showing off the beautiful girl on my arm. I know the people on this board are automatically going to think I"m paying her. But the general public is not going to think that. They think I'm some movie producer or music mogul.

I take my kids out to dinner individually fairly often. I’ve gotten speculative looks on occasion with my daughters.

As for the gym, my youngest has a Y membership, and she takes me as a guest as often as permitted so I can use the pool. So I’m not sure that’s particularly indicative either.

This is kind of stupid, like GMD says I take my daughter out to dinner often and my office manager is 29 and I included her on my gym membership we occasionally go together, seems to me the younger male members on this board are kind of judgemental

I guess I don’t think I pay much attention to it. An older male/younger female sighting is not necessarily remarkable. Even mongers aren’t in gash hound mode all the time.

Also, we all people watch to some degree, of course. But I’m more focused on where I am and who I’m with.

No. More often than not the likely explanations are father/daughter, mother/son, (family friend), or boyfriend/girlfriend. All of those are more common than sugaring, IME. It's only on here with the insecurities and judgemental biases inherent on here those anyone would leap to that conclusion.

The real reality is that a number of people take care of themselves -- body, mind, personality, drive -- and are able to pull this on their own in the civilian world.

Maybe the one combination where someone might leap to that conclusion is where the young companion is attractive & dressed to the 9s whereas the older companion is slightly below average, frumpy, and visibly exudes little to no outward effort or does not appear to take care of one's self. Still a family or friendship relation is more likely than sugaring. That's when they look mismatched, romantically. But that's because we're being judgemental about them.

Quite often in my younger days, I was on the receiving end of this judgemental attitude. So I'm quite familiar with it.

Maybe because I’m in NYC but I see this all the time. It is not normally a casual family friend but a boss, mentor or SD. I’ve had platonic SD’s that wanted to go to dance classes or yoga even ice skating and attend family friendly events during Christmas. I don’t think op is being overly judgmental by questioning a couple out and about.

Completely mainstream where I live and nobody thinks twice about seeing sugar couples.

I’ve rarely noticed it in the NJ area. However, when I’m at my club in Fl, it’s fun to see which aging dude has a new hottie. It’s interesting to see the new whore next to the guy’s kids (from his first marriage), as the original set of kids is either older or close to the new whore’s age.

It’s odd, but in NYC, I’ve noticed gay male couples with large age gaps. One appears young and the other is usually gray and much older.

It really depends on the situation. As others have pointed out, I've been out with my daughter; I haven't noticed any speculative looks, but not sure I'd notice them in any case.

I rarely notice looks with an SB or OTC either, although number of looks goes up drastically if:
- there are public displays of affection. I keep these to a minimum, unless we're in a pretty dark corner of a bar, etc.
- she is dressed to kill, ultra sexy.

When we go out to party at night, my ATATF usually dresses for maximum sexiness; she draws attention just by being there and her ability to command a room. I notice looks when she's dressed like that, I don't think anyone will assume "dad and daughter". We still tend not to engage in any PDAs, but her dress and body language by itself is enough.

One time, my friends and I were standing in line to get into a nightclub, and we saw these 50ish year old men rolling up to the club in limos and each one of them had a girl who looked 20ish with them dressed in really short skirts and high heels.

Yeah in a disney world park last year. She was hot and dressed almost inappropriatly for the location. I noticed her first and then the guy. Immediately thought of a SD date and their interactions with each other confirmed for me that they were not related. She definitely had a stripper vibe.

I have had drinks a few times with a guy I know's daughter. 22 and very attractive. As I'm in my 50's I would notice glances now and then. We did draw a little attention, but we were not holding hands or messing around in any way. She could have been my daughter. People just assume a guy out with his "niece" is fucking his "niece". People will think what they will think.

That said, this was the same girl that I found doing VIP's in a strip club. We actually were going somewhere to fuck after drinks :-)
