  I took an IQ test and scored a 136. I have a Master's Degree and I work in nuclear power plants.   I think one sees more white-chicks dating blacks in the South, I don't see it too-much down here in Miami, but noticed a difference when I lived in TX (Miami *is* geographically south but it's not "the South" per se). If your stance on it really was true, then there wouldn't be a need for sales people or an HR department because all those people do is talk.
