A lot of strippers give their number out so they can txt guys at random times letting them know they are at work, and that the PL should come visit them. It's simply a marketing tactic.

The girl will ultimately ask you without you worrying about it. They always will ask if they're open to it, since they are always asked by multiple random older pathetic dudes daily. If the girl is serious she will make it known to you that she'd prefer to see you OTC. If she doesn't start the conversation down that road, then there's no need for you to initiate it because then it wasn't on her mind to begin with. Talk about fun things like restaurants/bars/events in the neighborhood. If it leads somewhere your golden, if not then it was just a # to text you get schedule when she will be working.
I've gotten *tons* of strippers' numbers in recent years. Only one of them (as far as I know) was interested in OTC, and when the time came, she texted me with the classic "I wouldn't do this with anyone else, but I trust you . . ." blah blah. I'm going to waffle on this one: If you want to know for sure, just ask, but if she's actually down for OTC, she'll find a way to let you know.

If she wants it to be P4P, you'll find out soon enough. But if you start by approaching her as a civilian, that should carry a great deal of weight with her.
