No; I'm well used to it. I use it for listening to music and sex. Oh, and gifts to my ATF!
The first time I ever smoked I was paranoid as hell but I don't think it was the weed. Some stuff I smoked in Amsterdam made me feel a little paranoid. That's twice out of a lot of times. I miss pot.

I say yes it makes you paranoid, although the degree varies from person to person and type and amount smoked. I can still get paranoid sometimes, but to be fair I have only been a daily smoker since September 1973.
To some extent 420 makes everyone paranoid, or quiet, or shy etc. I say this as someone who has pretty much smoked daily since labor day weekend 1973, but who hasn't smoked since 11 pm last night.
Me? Never. My road dog legitimately gets paranoid. He doesn't smoke. For almost 20 years, he's been around kind nuggs and he ain't into the ganja. Me, I've inhaled once or twice. Strictly for recreational purposes.
