In my 40+ years of clubbing I think I've seen (and often more) about every breast size and type imaginable. For me, there are wonderful sets of all types. So much depends on presentation, server, and lots of other smaller factions. I've enjoyed real and fake from A's DD's. Nipple and areola color and size are more important to me.

BUT much more importantly to me is the real woman behind the breasts. Without there being a real personality behind them, breasts are just so much skin.
But there are some shallow persons who don't give a shit about the woman behind the breasts. More's the pity.
I like them big, such as D. I'll occasionally get a dance from a girl with C's, but not often.
Liking big boobs and a small waist, I understand that most girls with this combination will have fake boobs. This is OK with me as long as the boob job is well-done. A good boob job looks good and feels good.
Natural C or D, but depending on now much of your current F is not you you may want to think twice about a rapid reduction. your skin tissue has stretched and grown around the enlarged breast and you may have developed scar tissue around the implant. You could wind up with saggy and lumpy. I would definitely recommend not going any further larger and if you are going smaller get some good advice from an experienced surgeon regarding what your breasts will be like afterward.
Natural. Stuffed turkey breasts is for eatin.
My fav is a natural C. I am increasingly turned off by large fakes. Especially, the extra large, obviously fake stripper tits. Nothing better than real, soft tits.
I like a perky look. I like them to have a nice motion when the girl moves. I like them soft to the touch. I like them on the large side. I like them with interesting nipples, preferably big. To the extent that fakes can deliver on my list, I have no problem with them. However, I really do not like them hard, out of proportion, sporting scars or pointing in all different directions.

Real ones A through D. The only Fake ones I can tolerate are one that are in proportion to the girl. Oversized fake ones like F size are a deal breaker. Most girls that have body work in that extreme are either really messed up or so into themselves they are a waste of time.
Definitely natural! Medium (~C) size is best (i.e. more than flat and less then more than you know waht to do with) but I'm not too picky on size as long as they are natural.
Mine are natural and quite large, and I used to prefer my partners/dancers were all natural as well. But as boob jobs have improved over time I have changed my mind - its all good! Big or small, real or silicone...bring them on!

I strongly prefer natural, and large - C and up. That said, I'm willing to tolerate women up to a size 12 (US sizing) to...erm...enjoy them.
I've also seen amazing work with laser lifts to ensure a natural appearance while limiting sagging.
Breasts that upon appearance are fake are a bigger turn off to me than A-cups, but I'd be hard pressed to discriminate against someone with a great boob job that appears natural since it's scenery that I'm generally only looking at.
Surgery performed by a skilled (expensive) surgeon that specializes in breast augmentation can be very difficult to detect as long as they aren't too large for the chest musculature. More than a C cup for the average girl is very difficult unless the tissue used is firm(hard). The girl must cooperate and follow instructions including supporting the breast. This delays returning to work and increases the cost.
Real B through D.
I go more for anything natural over anything purchased. Although having said that, I do understand why some (many?) women want to enhance.
I like breasts that fit a woman's body size the best, and real ones much more than bolt-ons. In the past few months I have run across two different dancers who had bolt-ons which fit them extremely well and it was difficult to tell they were fakes. They were very well done, and both were C cups. I have also seen more than my share of poorly done enhanced breasts that were a complete waste of time and money.
But what I really look for are great nipples, and great nipples can be on any sized tits and I'll love them. Hard, long, tasty nipples trump tits any day.
I prefer them larger, so D and up is excellent. I'm content with C's. Smaller than that, and everything else must be smokin.
Real or fake as long as they look alright and don't feel like rocks and I'm happy.
F sounds really (too) big, although sometimes that's deceptive. I can't imagine going larger would be an improvement.
Can’t stand fake ones. I like/prefer nice round natural D-cups but small natural breasts are not a deal breaker – yet fake/enhanced breasts are a deal breaker for me 99% of the time – I can get and enjoy dances from a 32A dancer with a nice figure but will turn down a dancer with fake breasts 99% of the time no matter how they (dancer, breasts) look.
Heck, anyone can have fake/enhanced breasts. I’ve seen some transvestites with incredible looking , albeit very fake, breasts.
And as some other have stated, nipples/areolas turn me on more than breasts – large nipples and/or areolas are a real turn on for me. Although I like larger breasts, I am more turned on by a B-cup with large nipples/areolas, than a D-cup with small nipples/areolas.

The question is preference. I prefer Natural over fake. C-cups and up over smaller. With that being said I can appreciate fake and small boobs. Absoloutely hate oversized bolt-ons that are a freak show and totaly unatural looking in apperance
Along with nice large, long nipples, I really like when the areola is darker and doesn't just blend in. Very nice visual when the areolas are darker then the rest of the breast.
I'm also in the camp of "loving them all", real or bolt-ons. As long as they're proportional to the body and have the nice soft feel. I actually can't wait for the more "gummy bear" implants to hit the market. It will be much more difficult to identify bought from God-given then.

The next point I'd like to make is that cup size is often not an . Remember that a 'B' cup on a woman who is 5'1 will look a lot different than a 'B' on a woman who is 5'11. Also, the progression of A, B, D, F is confusing. My understanding is that DD = E, DDD = EE = F, and so on. Also, the measurement of 36, 34, 32, 30, 28, etc plays into this as well. It's not easy to get a clear idea just from the bra size.
Finally, I'll state my boob preference: I like the big ones. Really, really big! Implants or naturals are fine. Both of my favorite dancers had big implants.
I'm OK with fake ones as long as they look and feel somewhat natural.
C's are probably my favorite although D's are generally better for titty fucking, which I enjoy. Anything larger is too big. On the small end I'm OK with B's as well.

My ATF has 36D's and they are beautiful. They feel real and you will have no complaints from me. They are also enhanced. Enhanced breasts aren't "fake" they are "improved".

Ah yes . . . the eternal debate. My objection is not to enhanced bustlines per se but to those that are badly done (ladies please check with the state medical board before letting anyone cut one you . . . more than three complaints in the last five years is a bad sign for any plastic surgeon) or which are so out of proportion that "only a 13 year old boy would beleive they are real."

As a seasoned boobologist, I feel compelled to comment: Jackslash just about stated my preference--except, I start at DD. I stongly prefer a natural feel and appearance. For 98% of enhanced dancers I've ever experienced, I can tell immediately that they're augmented. There are two long-time faves of mine that are enhanced, but their boobage feels absolutely natural. I sense that a cheap boob job is around $4,500. One of my two faves told me she paid $10,000. for her work, and that would have been before 2004. If she paid that much, the other must have paid twice that amount. They are both amazing boobs jobs and have a perfectly natural feel. Both are among my profile pics.
To add emphasis to my preferences, I use the following as a guide to the alpha portion of common bra sizing:
A = awful B = better C = cute D = delectable DD= double digits E = everything! F = fantastic G = golly! H = humongous etc.

It's true that not everyone loves gi-normous fake boobies, but for some reason I am seeking them out more & more at clubs I visit. I think I'm going thru a phase where I'm obsessed with boobies that are bigger than my own. I just recently met a girl here who has some of the best enhanced breasts I've ever seen. Not too large for her frame (though, from her "before" photo, her original ones were just fine as well), and not so overblown that they are rock hard and unnatural looking. They hang and move nicely, are firm, but not hard, and they feel real, a trait which is sadly lacking. If more fake boobs were like hers, I would probably not be so prejudiced against them.
