What pros could there possibly be? Youll get a boost in your credit rating if she makes all her payments on time? Shell have a friend move in with her, potentially giving you another chica for p4p?

let her rent it herself. PPM often enough she can cover her rent. no risk to you.

Im assuming she is asking you cause she doesnt have salary receipts, or has credit problems. Its fine if its a short term rental place. Like 1-6 month lease. Have her pay a significant rent up front, like 1/3 of the entire lease. Ask the owner for early termination option.

Don’t do it. She’s not your woman, and times are tough unless you can afford to pay for two rents because she will miss a payment, I guarantee.

She seems nice. She broke up with her man. Needs a 2 or 3 bedroom place. Does not have pay stubs.

Just give her and unlimited cc.

I heard of a guy that did that for a young stripper… i dont know the details of the arrangement, whether she paid what she was supposed to, or if she did some p4p to help pay

If you co-sign, you may be held responsible, civilly or even criminally, for anything bad that happens in that apartment.

If you are covering half the rent: Pros:

1. She will need to be ready at the door to serve you 4 days a week (bankable if you don't use them all in a week)
2. She needs to ask which outfit you would like her to be in when you get there (you provide the budget for the outfits).
3. Demand a weight range and your level of hairless (you may provide financial assistance in this). Cons:
4. The days you aren't showing up, she's with other dudes.
5. You're on the hook for any damages to the unit.

If you are just co-signing, with no rent assistance: Pros:

1. 4 days a month, non bankable.
2. She wears what she wants.
3. You get nothing here. Cons:
4. She is making rent on the other 26/27 days of the month.

Don’t do it. P4p and she can pay rent in cash
