Female "bouncers"

However, recently at kahoots (and also dreamgirls) they have had females doing this job serving as the "bouncers". They not only collect the house fees but they also walk around making rounds checking in during the lap dances to ensure no two way contact.(of course there are some male bouncers who make rounds but recently it has only been these two females).
What have you experiences been with female "bouncers" in charge of the LD area?
Got something to say?

A bouncer is a term for a person who deals with disorderly people in a bar or pub.
It has been thought that the word, bouncer, originated from when the said disorderly person would be thrown out and bounce as he hit the ground. Another speculation is that the term originated from the person that stood guard on the bar door bouncing a coin someone gave him to enter the bar on some wood to test whether it was real or counterfeit.
Neither sounds correct to me, but then, I really have no idea.
gk,
At my local club, my VIP dancer told me the new owner has told the girls that there is a $1000 "reward" for notifying management of the dancers that break the VIP "rules".
I don't think that it's fair to call them bouncers per se, but the Cadillac Lounge in RI has had some female LD area monitors before. They were pretty strict too.
I haven't run into many house moms in my strip club travels, but I know that Desire in RI has one, and the one at Temptation Gentlemen's Club in MA will even do nude LDs or VIPs if you want.
I just saw an old interview with porn star/Bunny Rancher Kandi Hart, and she said that she always wanted to be an FBI agent when she grew up. She tried working at a security guard agency, but none of their clients ever wanted her to come back, since they didn't think that she was intimidating enough (she's only 4'9" & around 80 lbs). She tried out for a LE position as well but never got a call back. She also was apparently even too little to get into the U.S. military.
