I think "winning in Ukraine" is about to become a moot point. We can send all the weapons we want but Ukraine is running out of fighting men. The average Ukrainian soldier is in his mid 40s. Russia is closer to it and more committed than the West. I used to be a diehard "whatever it takes" person but now we're at the point where we can negotiate from a better position or a worse position.
