I watched porn 2 straight days in high school and got a brutal headache. I feel like I’m wasting time when I watch porn but I feel like that when I’m not doing something that makes money anyway and I know I need to do something to chill out. IRL I've often gone for long stretches only getting lap dances from one dancer. But, I rarely watch the same woman in porn more than once a month. Which is the main reason OF does not work for me. I don't feel very motivated to subscribe to pornhub or Xvideos, since the performers get no cut of the subscription money.
I'd prefer it if the men in porn were less rough/pushy. It's always seem weird to me that porn without this is rare, rather than the most common type. The porntubes might get more subscriptions it they allowed users to save a version of their favorite scenes with their own edits.
Porn animation is getting so good ( https://rule34collection.com/ ), I wonder if it will eventually make live action porn obsolete. But a lot of it is unwatchable to me, because it's targeted to guys with a torture fetish of some sort. But, I'll admit I find some of the scenes of women with dogs and horses hot. And of course pornography can support healthy sexual activities and develop healthy sexual relations.
Porn can educate people about a variety of sexual practices; includes a variety of body types, genders and races; and some porn shows that sex can provide pleasure for all participants.
Men and women have a natural desire to have sex and procreate.
In our society/culture this natural desire has been modified/repressed in many ways by religion, education, social rules, negative environment that impacts their physical and mental health, etc, etc, etc.
For example the hormonal levels that regulate physiological sexual desire are affected and can suppress sexual desire.
In other cases the pursuit of “happiness” in other activities takes away some of the natural sexual desires.
In the case of men and women natural sexuality, our society/culture historically has repressed their sexuality to a point beyond recognition of what healthy sexual desire is.

How did you find out about those categories that “always interested you”?
Because nobody is born with that type of knowledge/information.

Ummmm.....no.
Those are ideas built up by men, that came from an era where having a female orgasm was considered a "myth" or they became "hysterical" (from the latin root for women)... We've cum a bit further since then! (pun intended). Maybe you should look at the "DNA" studies from today, not the 1950s.
I think it scares the shit out of men when they find out that women love sex as much (or more) than most men. The scary part is that if that is true, then men are faced with the question... "then why aren't they having sex with me??"
It turns out that what you label as "natural for women to want commitment" is just that they don't want to commit to the possibility of getting pregnant with.. well... let's say not everyone is worth the risk... that part is in the DNA... and just part of being a woman that you grow up learning to accept...
When you find a woman who is "cold" or "frigid" or... reserved... about her sexual drive, MOST OFTEN if you look into her past you will find some sort of point where she was made to feel bad... something, someone.. somewhere.. happened in her life to make her change... whether it being her mother telling her over and over "that is not how girls behave" or well.. worse...

As with everyone, we go through portions of our lives where we may want to settle down and start a family... that causes us to look at sex from a whole different perspective... I will never be there... but... that is just me.

Most men are biologically “programmed” to take care of a woman (be her protector and provider) and most women are biologically programmed to want to be taken care of (be protected and provided for) by a man.
It is a biological fact, that most men and women will be able to observe within themselves, if they just pay attention to it when they’re in a sexual/romantic situation with the opposite sex.
In most civilizations/cultures in human history, men are seen as the protectors and providers for the family.
However some modern societies/cultures have completely lost touch with the biological realities of human nature and live in denial and look for something else that is not there, and people are not longer true to themselves and who they are.

But big societies obliterate small ones (think natives of North America versus white people). So traditional norms restrict people to sex acts that can result in pregnancy.
I don't think we know at this point whether everyone or all men or all women want to be hoes or exclusive with one person. We'll probably never know unless someday there are no norms about this. Norms become the apparent reality, because humans are a herd animal.
I've found when I look, it's a lot of themes that I'm put off by. I run into that step-sibling stuff often and even when I don't, it seems like there is an obsession with something else I don't find sexy. Like way too focused on anal, or rough/humiliation type shit, or both.
I also prefer slim, natural girls. Often I don't find the comic book style fake tits and wide hips on many girls in porn to be attractive.
Even when I do find porn with an attractive actress and no objectionable themes, I'd still rather have the real thing in person.
