The mongering experience allows us to grow and learn about what we want and how to get it, at the sane time paying a price for those lessons.
How did you meas up with ATF1? Did you develop feelings? Did you lose (mis place) her? Jk.

OK Gentlemen, I do not post much anymore because I am still on mongering hiatus and have little to share.
However, this subject of the $30 wine is something I want to comment and share a tip of how to avoid this.
Though I do not Monger anymore I still visit TJ with my friends and they mentioned about the $30 wine, where the Bargirl receives 3 fichas, so you are buying her 3 drinks.
I was shocked that my experienced Mongering buddies fell for this, but they asked me how do you avoid this without appearing to be an asshole (I have seen mongerers reject the drinks after the BGs ordered it and he did look kind of douchey).
So here it is:
When you invite a BG for a drink, instead of asking her what she wants to drink, ask her what beer does she drink or invite her for a beer and not a drink, the key is to get her a beer.
Now the other thing, might be more important, is for You (the customer, payee) to order the drink, I find this is easier when you are physically closer to the waiter.
My TUSCL bretheren, that was sólo mis dos centavos.

More likely was there was a customer(s) there that gave them LE vibe and the manager decided to not do "the show."
Usually the more experienced waitresses will sit with these customers to interview them, some will straight out ask if they are LE.

In the City of Industry (and nearby) :
Bliss is fun, stays open until 4an, but hit or miss.
Paradise is a step done from Synn in quality and quantity but most dances are down with the programa and prices are generally reason able.
Tropical Leo is a brothel, on weekends the quality is good and the prices are higher than Paradise.
Satin and Knockouts are non-extras clubs but still can get high mileage dances at reasonable prices.
As far as TJ, there are two clubs rarely mentioned or visited by TUSCLers because they are out of the Zona Notre:
Deja Vu is a nice club a bit more pricey than the Zona Notre Clubs but the have specials, porn star visits, theme nights (mechanical bullriding), less crowds, less drink hustle and the quality is on par with Adelita's plus it is a five minute walk from the boarder.
Club Amenesia is fun but definitely a step down, though the beer is cheap, it is less crowded, there are theme nights and they have Mexican porn stars shows (Mia Marin, Giselle Montes).
Suggestions: I would suggest visiting Cancun, México.
You rarely meet bargirls working in TJ from Cancun because the mongering scene in Cancun is good, plus as tourist destination, girls from other countries (including Europe) work at the clubs in Cancun.
Not too many reviews from TUSCLers on Cancun but it might be a destination worth checking out.
Also, as far as pricing is concerned Monterey, México might be the best buck for fuck destination in México and is vastly underrated probably because TJ is so good but since you are an adventerous traveler this might be worth your while too.

When I was mongering in 2018-2019, I went to a few of these special nights (Lingerie, Bikini, Halloween contest) and while I had plenty of fun those nights, I felt those shows distract and take away from the overall vibe of the club, like the party stops (or slows down) and everyone pays attention to the contest.
I like the normal vibe at HK much more than the vibe during the contests, as sometimes the contest drags on, the energy from the Bargirls is low, and you can hardly understand the DJ.

@papi_chulo ironically they have plenty of no smoking signs but it is not enforced, plenty of indoor smoking going on at Cafe 269.
Yes, the lapdances are our in the open, there are no private rooms at this café, also it is well lit, so everyone can see you having fun.

When this was Cafe 368 occasionally we would have waitresses drink "tea" with us, twerk at our table, we would take body shots off her nude, fake titties, a few would lapdance with stick shifting and one waitreses let us pet her kitty.
But at Cafe 269 the most I have seen/experienced is a decent lapdance.

Hermano, we have been lucky because this was a rule from back in my day (2018-19).
HK/Cascadas are ok with some street girls (SG) but not with BGs from other bars, I guess it would depend on the level of enforcement but you were lucky as I doubt it would be allowed now.

Currently the price is $23 for 5 minutes, the room is completely private.
The room manager expects a small tip ($1) and you tip the BG $5-10 for a decent lap dance.

Rizos and Cascadas are owned by the same group, which is why the prices and accomadations are relatively similar, thus all rules apply at both hotels, which is why you can bring HK BGs to Rizos.
During my brief mongering career I stayed at both hotels, I like Rizos a little more because I could sleep more peacrfully.
At Cascadas it was always difficult to sleep because I could hear and feel the music throughout the night.

Hong Kong is the best club in TJ but damn they have gone crazy with all these New rules to get mire pesos from PLs.
The reality is they see they money spent, average $140 per arriba and were happy with getting a $35-40 cut, but now that they see PLs spending so much more, HK wants a bigger cut.
The prices have gone up for fichas and rooms, the BGs are required to work more hours, probably sell more drinks and now dances, they require you buy a bottle to sit at a table on Friday or Saturday night or a bucket to sit at an upper booth.
They are enforcing the rules about BGs going to the hotels on off shift nights.
And they can get away with it because despite all the extra shit, the PLs are going there in record numbers because it is still the best overall time in TJ.
Yeah, you can visit the other clubs and stay at other hotels but when in TJ, the vast majority of PLs will still go to HK.

I visited a few: Paradise, Quyen, Dream, SJHS, Fantasy and a few others and I had a boring time at all of the except Quyen.
All my visits were preCovid

I visited a few Vietnamese Bikini Cafes in San Jose back in 2017 and the experiences were not fun.
The exception was Quyen Cafe, a cafe with 3 asian milfs, two of three flashes and one would sit with me and allowed me to fondle her and play with her kitty for a $5 tip.

During my mongering experiences in Tijuana, a few of the bar girls told me about the off shift rules.
At Rizos one of the manager did not enforce it much because the BGs would kick him back a small fee.
Another BG told me part of her work agreement at HK included not staying at Cascadas or Rizos when off shift.
Another BG told me she knew how to slip by security to meet up with clients off shift.
During my mongering time in TJ, I had plenty of BGs visit off shift and I had no problems but Covid changed the world.
And these rules being enforced in the described manner of your article is another example.

The ultra hustle is real in TJ and especially at HK.
We may rightfully blame the HK management for all the ultra high hustle but the reality to me is the mongerers who go to. TJ and make the clubs into a make it rain club.
The management/owners see al the money spent and want a bigger piece of the pie, I don't blame them.
I saw mongerers drop a $1000 on a stage dancer, why would then club not want a later share.
Damn, when we went to HK for a birthday party the maseros would only let us at a bottom table if we bought a $300 bottle (it was a busy Saturday).
Sadly my TUSCL brothers the price of partying for pussy has gone up.

Yes, there are 5 special Vietnamese Bikini Coffee Shops in the área and I will eciew DD Cafe soon, though in my opinion I like Cafe 269 and Starz Cafe a little more.

Cafe 269 opens at 7am (clases at 7pm).
Additional information:
Shift change begins at 12pm.
Weekday staff is usually 3-4 waitresses per shift.
Weekend staff is usually 5-6 waitresses per shift.
