1- Boomers have lived thru a time of really bad inflation. So they have first hand knowledge of what it does to the economy.
2- Boomers are either about to retire or have retired. So they dont' have much income years to make up the difference.
At 7% inflation, prices will essentially double in 10 years. That means a newly retired individual has half the retirement savings that they thought they had.

I've never done a street girl. But some of them are very attractive. There seems to be a hierarchy on the alley in the back. The closer to the entrance of Hong Kong, the better looking the street girls are. The girls on the side streets are scary.

I think many girls that get into it really don't know exactly whqt they are getting themselves into when they start. I think what brings that "average" down is that many girls do it and quit very quickly as they discover that the job actually has to put up with and do. One girl does it 4 years while another does it 4 days. The average is two years.

At 7% inflation, Rents will essentially double in 10 years. My mortgage payments stay the same. AND will eventually just go away.
Yes, we have had a large run up in real estate prices the past few years, and that rate of run up is not sustainable. But don't look for those prices to ever go DOWN. They may just not rise as fast going forward. If you are able, buy your house. Do not RENT. The difference in renters and owners when it comes to retirement is extremely significant .

This is an expensive habit. Get a handle on what you monthly expenses are. Rent, car, insurance, food. Then you know what you have left that is discretionary. But don't spend you rent money on strippers.

There should be a limit on how much you can borrow. You don't go to Princeton if you can't afford it. If you are borrowing the money, then go to community college at first, get your basics out of the way. Then transfer to a 4 yr STATE school to get a specific degree. I also think some kids should pick trade schools instead of college. Spending $200,000 getting a Sociology degree is stupid. Learning to be a plumber is extremely valuable.

I had an almost 2 year arrangement with a 24-26 year old girl. She seemed to genuinely think I was good looking. At first, I thought it was just her playing along with me and creating the fantasy. Then I saw a photo of her deceased Father. Then I totally understood the attraction. I could have been the guy's cousin, if not brother. It was kind of spooky actually.

I was out with one of my sugar babies the other night. She was talking about one of her friends that is Vietnamese. She then showed me a picture of the friend. I had been out with the friend also. Never been busted and never been in a club when it's being raided. I have walked into clubs right after a raid had happened a couple of times. Both times, there was absolutely NO atmosphere inside the club when I got there so those visits were very short. A raid kinda takes the enthusiasm out of the girls.
