Forcing Baby Boomers To Stop Being Babies
Why is it that boomer are the ones complaining about inflation? I hear more complaints about inflation from boomers than any other generation. If boomers had done at least one or two thing correctly, their house would be paid off and they should have at least $2 to 5 million in retirements. If they did more than a few things right, they should be worth at least $10 million. If they had done things correctly, they would not need their socialist insecurity and would be willing to leave it for others in more need than themselves. Like the GI generation and the silents left something for the boomers...
Yet....
Boomers are bitching about inflation saying "inflation will affect the working man". They are concerned about inflation when it affects them on a small scale, like at the grocery store or the gas pump. While younger generations are dealing with trying to buy a house, and other life necessities with a minimum wage income.

I will play along and answer your questions:
Q: Why is it that boomer are the ones complaining about inflation?
A: Because white privileged boomers who benefitted from the economic and social conditions after World War Two are now not benefiting from the current economic and social situation.
The American economic system, is descendant of the Feudal Monarchies and Imperial and Colonial systems, were the wealth flows from poorer to richer hands and they are all of course unjust and inadequate.
The now called Capitalist system holds out great rewards to those with no more proper claim than the accident of being born wealthy, or of being skilled at chicanery, or having a flair for pandering to the public’s lowest tastes.
The system is unable to provide a proper income to all who honestly contribute to its functioning, because allows for unfair trade for all, and is being sustained by uncontrolled public spending and war.
“Each one for himself and God for us all, as the elephant said when it danced among the chickens.”
The undeniable fact is that American Capitalism was built on the exploitation and suffering of black slaves and the poor people of any color and continues to thrive on the exploitation of the poor people, of any color, here and abroad."
“It is the sufferings of the many which pay for the luxuries of the few.”

2- Boomers are either about to retire or have retired. So they dont' have much income years to make up the difference.
At 7% inflation, prices will essentially double in 10 years. That means a newly retired individual has half the retirement savings that they thought they had.
"they should have at least $2 to 5 million in retirements. If they did more than a few things right, they should be worth at least $10 million. " - I believe this is a pipe dream. Most people wouldn't even be able to set enough money aside each month early in their life to have a chance of making this happen. A lot of lucky swings in the market have to happen for this to work.
I have to laugh, my dad has four really close friends, all of them are Boomers, all have been retired for years. Three owned their own businesses (two were handed down-taking over the family business), one was a doctor and my dad worked for a large corporation. Of the five of them, three are millionaires, all three that are millionaires inherited it from their parents. Even though they were successful in their own right, they would not be where they are today if it weren't for their inheritance. Two of the guys are very modest, the other is arrogant about his wealth.
As for "Zoomers" I don't consider them an actual generation different from Millennials. There is no clear difference. When a new generation comes along that is fundamentally different from Millennials then we can consider them a new generation. Different generations always hate the generation immediately ahead of them. Yet we don't see any actual animosity between Millennials and supposed Zoomers, just shared hatred for older generations. So they are not separate generations.
I'm Gen X BTW so don't start with your Boomer slur.
Generational antagonism is dumb.
...immediately ahead of them. Yet we see very little distain between so-called Zoomers and Millennials. Culturally is there a clear difference? All I see is Zoomers being Millennials on steroids, it even more like Millennials than Millennials were. Same awful music, especially the (c)rap. Same awful political and social attitudes only more aggressive about it. To be fair, millennials never burned down half the country like Zoomers did in 2020. At least the older Millennials tended to be fairly mellow and less violent than other generations, although there were obvious exceptions. Younger Millennials and Zoomers seem to be the same group in all but name.
All these labels, Boomer, Millenials, and so forth, were created by some magazine/website to stir people up and give so-called journalists something to write about. Not everyone of a specific age is identical. There are not virtuous generations or despicable generations. There are simply individuals of infinite diversity and characteristics.
The very definition of a bigoted statement is one which states “ All ( insert group description ) are ( insert value judgement) “
^ This is the point I am trying to make. By ages 25 to 40 in 1989 boomers had over 21% of the countries wealth. Right now millennial are at that age range and we only have 4.6 percent of the countries wealth. All we want is a fair shake.
So what do you consider fair cowpoke? Here's a new concept for you, get your poked ass off of brokeback mountain and go earn your share instead of whining about nobody giving it to you!
Your post history reads like some uneducated hillbilly teenager who gets abused by your elders so you post here taking out your frustrations by insulting anyone older than you which is most everyone.
Cowboy? BS! The closest you've ever been to a real horse is the pony at a petting zoo.

That's what this country was founded on and how it's been for almost 250 years before you babies started crying 'I want some, where's mine'?
Lol, your wife getting more from a gay Bf than she does from you doesn't speak real well about you!
But then again I knew my assessment regarding you being a dumb whiney little boy was correct.
Giddy up cowpoke LMAO!
