No, Biff, we don't really think this is a shill review, but still... I'm trying to understand something. You say you've "been to thousands of strip clubs, have used this site for years." With all that personal experience -- and reading others' reviews here for years -- how on earth did you let yourself get played like this? Can't believe you haven't learned a thing or two after visiting *thousands* of strip clubs and using TUSCL for years. But wait, you just joined TUSCL this month? SMH

I, too, like getting multiple dances and use Papi's method of asking dancers in advance to tell me when they're starting a new song. I have never had a dancer who was unwilling to do this, and, hence, have not had problems using this system. Sometimes a dancer might forget, and I say "This will be #4, right?" It keeps everyone on the same page, which everyone should be happy with.

@rickduggan (and Papi-Chulo), prices have gone up and are too pricey to be considered a great value, but options in NC for real fun are few and far between. The $220 did not include the dancer giving herself a markup -- that's the standard price, paid at the bar beforehand. When I paid, the bartender immediately gave the dancer her cut, which I think was $120 (but don't quote me on that). As in almost any club, there are no guarantees of any kind, and one needs to discuss the particulars with each dancer beforehand. Dancers at SSJ may or may not charge an additional fee in the VIP, depending on which dancer and what's offered. In my experience (and as stated in my review), the cost of the limo is all-inclusive.

@Dowwntown6639, pay absolutely NO attention to desertscrub, who posts drivel constantly in a pathetic attempt to appear relevant. There is an "ignore" button on TUSCL that allows you to banish certain members' comments from appearing in what you see, and desertscrub is, literally, the most ignored person here. Your observations and comments, on the other hand, are very welcome. Always good to see women writing reviews.

The only reason I come to this site is to get info on generally new-to-me clubs when I travel so I know which ones to visit and which ones to skip. Why would I not return the favor by writing reviews myself?

I will say that I had a fantastic experience with two girls simultaneously in a booth at Subi's on a Friday afternoon back in 2018 (see https://tuscl.net/review.php?id=337546), and there was no afternoon booth charge. When I returned on Saturday night, all the booths had "reserved" signs on them, cost $20, and they were all empty. I got probably the last seat at the bar, and it was definitely not the same experience. At that point (it was 8:30), if I had paid for a booth, I would have been the only one at a booth and all eyes from the bar would have been on me and any girl I was getting handsy with. Later in the evening, with a full house, it might have been worth it, but I'm not sure I would have had two girls simultaneously demonstrating why each was worthy of my continued attention in the VIP.

Electronman, that's true, though cuddling and handsiness can also happen at the bar. I usually have my back to the bar and a dancer nestled between my legs.

RockAllNight, they have a non-private communal area for individual dances that are $30 each (the local standard price). Mileage will vary, but can be pretty high, especially if no one else is in there getting dances. VIPs are totally private, with no room monitoring, and extra fun can be had -- certainly *much* more so than in any of the rooms at Treasure Club, where rooms are closely monitored. Both clubs offer limo rides, with unlimited fun. TC limos are a bit pricier than SSJ limos. TxVegas' comments regarding the differences between SSJ and TC are spot on, especially regarding the quality of girls.

If it was really Andrea, not Amanda, that you passed up for Alexa, you really missed out on having a total GFE with one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I live about 450 miles from this club, yet I've gotten dances from her on *multiple* occasions over the last few years. Playhouse Lounge is always a must-visit place for me if I'm ever in the area, and though I have a second dancer there I really like, too, Andrea is my ATF.

Nice review, and I agree with all the advantages you listed. Of all the many times I've been to HK, very few have been on weekend nights. Truth be told, since I live 2500 miles away, it had more to do with when I actually had the chance to go, but I was glad to visit when it wasn't a sausage fest. The Cascadas hotel room discounts on off-days with the VIP card are really extraordinary (used to be 80% off), leaving more money for "sexo". A legal battle between a strip club and a DeKalb city just got more costly. Oasis Goodtime Emporium was ordered to pay a $1.89 million contempt fee to Doraville, according to a recent DeKalb County Superior Court ruling. The fine consists of nearly 200 violations of previous court orders between 2016 and 2018, the city said in a Wednesday news release. In addition, Superior Court Judge Asha Jackson ruled earlier in June that Doraville could shut down Oasis if it continues to violate the city’s alcohol code in the future, the release said. Oasis has appealed both rulings, and even though the city’s only strip club remains open, it seems to be at a legal impasse. “Again and again, over the last 7 years, Oasis has filed numerous frivolous appeals; and just as consistently, the appellate courts have rejected those appeals,” Mayor Joseph Geierman said in the release. “It’s time for Oasis to stop fighting this losing battle, to stop wasting everyone’s time, and to comply with City ordinances upheld years ago.” Doraville bans sexually oriented businesses from serving alcohol, which has led to multiple lawsuits and state Supreme Court rulings. So far, those lawsuits have all gone in the city’s favor, mirroring legal battles in other metro Atlanta cities that have prompted several strip clubs to close over the past few years. In May, Doraville police conducted an operation at Oasis, located off Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, and found the strip club was continuing to serve alcohol despite not having a license. Officers said they found dozens of bottles of alcohol being served to patrons at the club, which bills itself as “Atlanta’s best burlesque show.” At the end of 2019, a judge ordered Oasis to cease operations, but the nightclub has openly ignored that injunction and filed a new lawsuit that claims Doraville is trying to run it out of business by targeting it with citations and fines. Attorney Alan Begner, who represents Oasis along with several other metro Atlanta strip clubs, claims Doraville pads its budget with a disproportionate amount of code enforcement and traffic fines. Oasis had to pay a $500,000 bond as part of the most recent appeal. Eric Coffelt, a member of Begner’s law firm, declined to comment on the recent rulings. Doraville city leaders aren’t subtle when talking about Oasis or their desire to see the nightclub close its doors for good. “Doraville is known for a lot of great things,” Councilman Andy Yeoman said in a Facebook post. “I hope we can move beyond the image of neon palm trees and mediocre strip clubs.”

Warrior15, definitely look into getting a Sentri card (or Global Entry) -- immediately. If you're going to TJ in two weeks, I'd be surprised if you could get one that quickly. If you can, great.
