This book is only so so. As in another Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi book I read they are using this Experience Sampling Method, which means they have got a class of 75 adolescents running around with these pager like things that go off sometimes. They have this stack of response forms which they are supposed to fill out.
He wants to know how they spend their time, and with who, and doing what.
That is not that interesting to me. So I will spend some time with the book, but not that much.

New version does look good, and more of it is working now.
I though still think this version is very good.

Umbilical cable runs through that hole, as he floats on his back. The cable has wires, optical fibers, and tubes. This cable runs through his empty brain case, and connects with his spinal column.
They sealed around the two inch hole with Silicone RTV, and then they injected Styrofoam into his empty brain case. A boom mounted on the ceiling holds the umbilical cable's weight so that is doesn't make Ishmael sink or capsize while floating in the Epsom Salts Solution.

So our same two women are talking again:

My financial future is totally in the hands of The Organization. I will be helped to develop a career. If I want they will make me into an entrepreneur. I get a legally binding Golden Parachute in case I decide to get out. I am already starting to get an education. I have Advocates who help me with housing and career.
If I opt for the inner order I will live on the property and never need to handle money again. But this takes a number of years.
For young women like me, if they want to walk on their life, like residence, job, friends, etc, they will also be put up on the property. I am thinking of going for this right away.

Yes, this is true. It used to be about production scarcity. But by the time of Victor Hugo we were already moving into surpluses. So it was about how was dealt in versus who was locked out of the economy.
