Wow, this wasn't meant to harm follies or any girls who work there. I was just trying to share the perspective of a fellow dancer who'd never been there. If it wasn't clear from my review, I actually enjoyed my time there and found all of the girls who approached me to be very friendly welcoming. So CHILL bubba267, damn.

I doubt you would be able to make her jealous bringing a girl there with you or just ignoring her unless it was a slow night or something.
One time I witnessed a customer really get under another dancer's skin though when he brought both of us back to VIP. He wouldn't pay for a full hour but instead would renew the room every 30 minutes. After the first hour and a half he renewed the room, paid me for another hour, and told the other girl we were "done" and dismissed her.

@ilbbaincnl Cup size is literally determined through measuring tightly just above the bust and subtracting that number from the fullest part around the bust. Each inch difference is a cup size.

I have worked as a "bra specialist" and I've learned 75% of women and 95% of men are completely clueless about bra sizes.
Like for me, I would say most men would guess I'm a full C or maybe a D. Before I knew my real size I was wearing around a 36C, but I'm actually a 32DDD or 32E because my ribcage is more petite. However, a woman with the same size breasts as me but a wider ribcage could wear a 34DD, 36D, 38C, ect.

I won't lie and say I haven't gotten a little burned out this semester. I work Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Wednesday and Sunday are the only days I'm really exhausted, and I just make sure to take a nap or go to bed early those nights. My school always comes first though so my social life has kind of taken a back seat. Next semester I've tailored my schedule so I only have class 4 days a week and my classes Wednesday start at 1 so I'll have more than enough time to sleep in. I also wanna change my availability at the club to Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tuesday is usually my best night and I've heard Thursday is good too. I just feel like I don't get a real weekend when I work Friday and Saturday, and both of these nights generally bring out a younger crowd.
I've kept my retail job for a couple of reasons. I have an elevated position and if I for some reason want to apply for another where this experience would be applicable, I don't want there to be a gap in my resume. My parents know I have a scholarship but they'd still be suspicious if I quit my job. Another reason I'm reluctant to quit is because I get an amazing discount on lingerie. I'm not quite ready to give that up.
And thank you ilbbaincl! I'm glad you like my pics. I haven't decided on a minor, but that's one I may consider.

@txtittyfag It looks like you're somewhere in Texas but if you're ever in the Atlanta area, I encourage you to come to my club and see for yourself whether or not I'm a dancer or a guy posing as a dancer. I would be MORE than happy to introduce myself :)

@sharkhunter I actually don't have any tattoos. I like them on girls if they're not completely unfortunate, but I'm too indecisive to get any for myself, and I like being in the minority of strippers that have no tattoos whatsoever.
I had no idea guys found tan lines on boobs attractive though. I guess it has more to do with the boobs themselves, but to me it looks like a mistake if you fell asleep tanning or something. Interesting.

I do fall into the independent contractor category on this one unfortunately. I've only had to file taxes once before for my retail job and my parents pretty much did the whole thing for me. So I guess I'll be looking into hiring someone to help me with this *sigh*

I think for now I'll just rock the pale since the only way I can tan is literally to burn and then for it to peel into a tan, which I haven't done in years.
Also I imagine I'd be pretty grossed out if someone's tan rubbed off on me or my clothes, so I'll be staying away from the self-tanning option as well.
Like a few of you guys said, it might help me stand out. I'm going for a more classic look anyway so it'll have to work for now.

I agree with you, duo. I think it can definitely be taxing forming that connection, telling them about yourself and your interests, hearing theirs, and then repeating the same process several times a night with men you'll probably never see again.
What is acting like an object mean to you though? Just acting really ditzy and not taking the conversation away from the immediate environment?

A lot of dancers I've talked to echo duo's sentiments. Some girls have told me to just make up a story about myself and try and turn the conversation so that they can talk about themselves as much as possible. I guess it's a good way to keep your identity in and out of the strip club distinct from one another.
Whenever I talk to this girl she seems lively and outgoing. I enjoy watching her dance too. A lot of the girls at my club just kind of stand there and sway and she's one of the few that get into it. We have very different looks though so I haven't gotten to experience what she's like while talking with customers. I'm going to show her this thread though when I see her next. Thank you guys!

Papi, that's pretty much what I was planning on doing. I wasn't aware of the Social Security credits though. Someone else told me it would also help that I'm a full time student?

@canny I've heard fellow dancers say they don't file taxes, but that just seems like a really bad idea in my opinion. No one at the club knows exactly how much you make, but there is documentation that you're employed there.

@gawker for me having sex in the club, no matter what the price, is a no. It's not worth jeopardizing my job over, and if you were to get caught you'd forever be that girl that got caught sucking dick or getting fucked in VIP.
Like I mentioned earlier, my parents don't know I dance and I tend to think of crazy hypotheticals if I were to go through with it. (the guy being a cop, getting kidnapped/murdered, ect.) I'm also pretty paranoid about casual sex in general so at this point I don't see it happening.
The only time the line my waiver is if I'm already attracted to the guy and decide to meet him OTC. If I do that though, I don't intend to get paid for anything that might happen.

When did your girl get her boobs done? I used to work at a lingerie store and women would come in sometimes 2 or 3 weeks after surgery wanting to get remeasured and their boobs would look CRAZY. Even a month or so afterwards they'd still look like alien boobs to me. If I ever got mine done I probably would take like 3 months off. That seems to be the general time frame until they look normal again in my opinion. So maybe she just should have taken a little more time off! Check back and let us know :)

Maybe next time just fold your bills in half and hold them out until she approaches you and you can slip them under her garter. That's what most guys that I encounter do. If you're just laying them onstage I'm not 100% sure if they're for me if there's another girl onstage, and sometimes it's a bit of a hassle to bend over, especially if you're bottoms are already off, and scrape the bills off the stage during the middle of a song.

@goodsouthernboy some groups of guys like to go in to the E room without bringing a girl because it's a little less hectic and the seating is more comfortable than on the main floor. There is usually one or two girls that dance on the pole in there; that's the only pole in the whole club. You wouldn't go into either of the other rooms without bringing a girl though.

I think the problem for a lot of girls you're referring to is that they enter the business with no exit strategy or it's the "only" thing they're doing (They don't have another job, they're not in school, ect.)
It makes me sad to hear girls talk about how they're hoping to meet an old rich guy to provide for them. I never want to be in the position where I need to be "taken care of"; I want to take care of myself. I think this has a lot to do with the fact that my parents have an extremely unhappy marriage, but my mom would never leave my dad because she's so dependent on him financially. (TMI sorry)
I also hear a lot of girls talk about their future plans traveling with their SDs or guys they've met in the club to an exotic location or on his yacht, ect. Even though I'd love to travel and I plan on doing it, I hate to hear that this is the grand plan some of these girls have for themselves if/when they get burned out of stripping.
I want to use stripping as a stepping stone so I can live more comfortably in the future. I've saved all the money I've made so far (besides the occasional lingerie shopping spree) and still live pretty much the same as before I started dancing. I want to put my money towards something that can really benefit me in the future. I just haven't decided what that is yet.
