OMG, I fucked the co-worker to no end. She hates me so much now that I wouldn't dare drive through north east GA now. That was years ago. Keep in mind the Doraville City annexation vote was on Christmas eve midnight, forgot the year, and quoted that they had posted notices and no one showed up to oppose it. Keep in mind that place that was over on Buford Hwy was the first target. Yeah, That land value has got to be up there in value. I hate counties (Gwinnett) being in the real estate business. The liquor license was probably part of the plan. You don't think you can renew one when you've been denied the right to do business. I can tell you that about 10 years ago serving on Grand Jury, You get to read the county budget. 30% of the budget for the CO comes from fines it is in the budget that way. Came here because I had just heard about the raid. I can confirm this regulars thing. I was there Friday afternoon just before 5:00 till around 6:00. Had one dance at the bar and she pushed for VIP.
