Somewhat inspired by bumping into Bruce Willis at a Carribean casino on New Year's day this year, I was wondering if anyone has ever knowingly seen a celebrity at a SC.
Yea, yea, most of the time eyes glued to the hotties...but must be some (in)decent stories out there.
I’ve seen many celebrities and other luminaries engaging in quotidian activities (walking down the street, shopping, or (most often for me) in airports or on airplanes.
I have never seen any in a strip club.
I’ve always wanted to be rich but even as a child I knew that being famous would be awful - like living in a fishbowl.
Years ago, I went to the original Rick's Cabaret in Houston. From the VIP room, out walks about half of the Houston Rockets basketball team that were all smiles as they walk past me. Following them out of that room were about a half dozen girls that looked WORN OUT . I'm guessing they had some wild orgy back there.
First time I ever went to a SC I saw Nick Van Exel and Sam Cassell at what was then Rolexxx (but is now Climax). I've also seen Warren Sapp at King of Diamonds (RIP), and Kevin Hart at Tootsies.
The night of my stag party, after 13 hours of drinking we went to club fantasies in Providence, onm the same day the cast of the Farrelly brothers movie, Kijngpins, had their wrap party at the same locale. I chatted with Woody Harrelson for 10 minutes and Roger Clemens for almost 45. The next day my cousin called me to ask what we had chatted about. To this day I recall none of it. Zip.
At the HiLiter in Phoenix - Mike Tyson solo during a dayshift, Josh Gad and Kevin Hart (+ entourage) on a night shift. David Spade is a semi-regular at Bourbon Street in Phoenix, but the word from the girls is that he's not popular because he always hits up dancers to come home with him.
Bill Maher at The Body Shop in Sunset Blvd was in one of the chair booths when I took back there my 21 years old FAV Blonde Stripper from the midwest. many years before the fire and remodel of the club.
Nick Nolte at Oasis in Atlanta twice. Several Falcons and Braves players at Tattletales years ago. Going way back, Mick Jagger at the old Gold Club in Atlanta.
Depends on your definition of celebrity. Many years ago I saw Phil Chenier, the longtime color guy on the Washington Bullets/Wizards TV broadcasts, at Archibald's in DC after a game.
