Well all cities go thru a progression or "re construction" type of thing. IE: crime, drugs, etc happen... people move out and then a developer or city comes in.... "revitalizes" certain areas to get people to move back in. DET is a classing example. Look at how they brought back around the stadiums and what not. Attract younger people to move in and the like. Now I can comment on DET because had family live there. Now I can talk about Minneapolis right now. It is becoming a shit hole. Drugs, homeless, etc. The DA's are weak on crime. Let people run back out. BTW... before all of this DT Minneapolis was thriving night life, rents were sky rocketing, etc. Now things are still high... but many dont want to go out down town because of some of the things I am talking about. It will "die" and a developer will come in and what not. Just wait and see... in about 5 years it will "rejuvenate".

Sounds good. I know that in the past you would do a vip for 3 songs and be done in about 6-7 mins. It was crazy.

Desert..... it is ND.... and some clubs in SD and ND you can get good mileage. I have never been to this one... but have been to others... but all PRE COVID.

So here is my take on this.... When the going rate is $100 for all the women with some asking more. THAT IS THE GOING RATE. When you try to haggle odds are you will just get a dead fuck. Sometimes you wont. But most of the time you will piss them off so they will do a less than stellar performance. Just things to think about. Now I do understand that when a girl is asking $150 she might have GPS and that is when you say well that chica right there is only asking $100 what makes you better. Then see how they respond. Sometimes they will drop price, sometimes they will tell you some extras will be involved... other times it is straight GPS. But just becareful when you think that you will "dictate" a price drop. Techman... YES... only place in MN that can be nude and serve alcohol. Also the $10 LD are out in the open at your seat/table. Sometimes they move you to other seats next to the stage. But they can be a light grind to air dances. Nothing over the top.

The sad/funny thing about this whole Kanye situation is the fact that when someone stated "all lives matter" they got booed or called racist. Yet now when someone says White Lives matter they are again called "racist". If you have to insert a "color" or "race" in front of lives matter.... YOU ARE THE RACIST. But like others are stating... I believe it was a PR stunt and look at all the uproar social media is in because of it. YE did what he intended to do.

All flood insurance is backed or goes thru FEMA. So anyone who is doing a "flood" claim it goes thru the feds. People are correct about the "wind" coverage in any coastal area's that get hit by hurricanes or tropical storms. It is sometimes a separate coverage or have $10K or more deductibles and premium. Plus like mentioned the premium on "roofs" or for wind is $10K a year or more. 2-3 years of not paying premium you have a new roof... well before this inflation and building supply crisis.

I try to watch the Hockey (mens and womens), Curling events, Speed skating (when it is on), and some of the freestyle skiing and snowboarding. Those are the only events that somewhat interest me. Also with it being on 3+ channels it is hard to find what I am looking for or even if it is on. Because of time differences. Now to touch base on the subject of the ratings.... WELL THIS IS A PRODUCT OF ALL THE STREAMING SERVICES AND WHAT NOT. Think about it.... many many people dont have cable anymore. Many people only subscribe to maybe 2 or 3 streaming services... if that. Some just watch youtube and have a netflix account. So many are not getting the Olympic coverage as they would with basic cable. Also this Olympics didn't have much publicity beforehand like others in the past. The news cycle would rather bitch at each other. Even look at the media coverage of the Olympics now as they are going on. Your MSNBC, CNN, FOX, etc. NONE are covering them unless they want to push controversy. Just like Dr. Jackass did here. Anyways... hope all is good for everyone.

My guess wouldn't be a "cop". But just some "do gooder" thinking they are helping. Just like people automatically think if a massage parlor is in an area or an asian massage parlor that it is a jerk shack. So they want the cops to investigate and will "watch" what is going on. The reasoning behind the "kill switch" is to stop the people from weaving around the road.... ie: Drunk or distracted drivers is the intent. BUTTTTTTTTT.... you should see how this could be used against people. Also you dont think someone will find away to hack it it? or what if it just malfunctions and your car "KILLS"... do you think the auto industry will stand behind this and "pay" for the new chips or what ever? Do you think that if your car "kills" and you get hit or rearended that the auto industry will "pay" for it or will it be on your insurance or the person who hits you insurance? Now I can see if the "kill" switch is to make it easier to put in those devices that will not let you start your car or drive your car if you do the breathalizer in your car and if any alcohol is detected it wont start your car. YOu know the once they put in if you have a DUI. If that "kill" switch is just to make putting in those machines easier... FINE. But the only way to "engage" that kill switch is to have that breathalizer machine attached.

If people dont think the cartels are making money off that pussy... they must be in denial. Cartels have there hands into everything... be it drugs, girls, guns, booze, politicians, etc. I am sure they have influence in all of zona norte and why it is safe.

LE knows all the code and knows what goes on in clubs.... period. The code and what not is to make it not seem obvious to the do gooders that will will think they are "tipping" off LE because they read it on a forum. Shailynn.... The gov will never let rates get higher than 7% ever again... But yes I see the real estate market correcting itself a little bit. Especially with new construction costs. So new construction will start to decline which it will because of the costs of everything... you will see not as many homes for sale but the price will still be inflated... Not as high as now... but I would guess about a 10-20% decrease. Homes now are 30% or more above last years price on average. Now for some of my stuff... I see the Republicans winning the midterms and gaining seats in both to get the majority... unless "mail in voting" is passed. But this will make everything worse because it will be a free for all with mis information for every direction. Movies: Theatres will make a comeback because people will be sick of sitting at home. But I do see more "youth" gravitating to smaller "tube" type venues. Only reason is because out attention span is dying. I also see "streaming" services either consolidating with a major investor (Google, Apple, Amazon) or they will start to die...ie: Peacock, Paramount+, HBO+, HULU, etc. I see sex work getting more "normalized" because of the onlyfans still taking off. But that means strip clubs will die because onlyfans keeps taking off. Why dance at a club when you can dance on camera once and sell it to 100 people for $10 a pop... or for $20 a month and you make 6 vids a month to all of your subscribers. Only fans is why strip clubs are dying (not just covid) and why the pay to play keeps rising.
