@boobza What they said he was doing was "snooping" around a construction site of a new home. YOu know which many many many people do. They walk into the framed up house and look at the design, layout, etc. It is done on a daily basis. Now again I know there was some burglaries in the area and some might have been on construction sites. We need more facts before we can call this anything. But the media is hiding things for sure. What is sad is the media (depending on outlet) is they will either broadcast race or political affiliation to push the narrative they want. Instead of treating each incident the exact same and always report things the exact same.,.. Ie:. There was a "shot" fired while Kyle was getting chased by the first guy. 4. Kyle got kicked by someone while he was fleeing 5. Kyle was hit in the head with a skateboard by one of the people he ended up shooting... HE GOT HIT FIRST 6. A guy ran up on kyle with his gun drawn and when his gun was pointed away from kyle.. kyle lowered his gun away... when the gun was raised back up at him... KYLE SHOT. THose are 6 facts that were not disputed in court! Video showed this. Again you can say all you want about "he shouldn't have been there".... NOBODY SHOULD HAVE BY POLICE ORDERS THAT NIGHT. So that throws that arguement right out the window. YOu say he was looking for trouble because he "had a gun" with him.... well so anyone who carrys a weapon is "looking for trouble"? So a woman with mace in her purse, a gun in her purse, a knife in a person pocket or purse, someone who takes self defense courses, etc... are they all "looking for trouble". BTW... you know his ruling about not letting them called victims is long standing in all courts when you are trying the case for Self Defense.... because it would immediately be a cause for "MISTRIAL"... so yeah he made the right call or he would have had to throw the whole thing out of court before it really started and any evidence was presented.... just because the words "victims" was used. BTW... did you know that his orders about calling the people looters and rioters could only be used IF THEY COULD PROVE those individuals were actually rioting or looting. WHich the defense did prove! Otherwise those words "looters, rioter" would have been objected and that would have held up. The judge made the right call on all of that. Look up case law and you will see. Again... all of this mis information was caused by the media... all of them told lies upon lies and upon lies. YOu know the guy who Rhittenhouse shot in the arm is still going around telling lies. He is completely contradicting what he said UNDER OATH. He says he never advanced with gun drawn on Rhittenhouse... yet in his testimony when cross examined he admitted... yes he drew his gun, advanced on Rhittenhouse and POINTED HIS GUN AT HIM... Did you not read... I said it did have to do with race to a certain extent.... they didn't kill him because he was "black"... they followed him because he was black. THAT IS WHERE EVERYONE IS GETTING THIS WRONG... it had nothing to do about race. Then you have the talking heads (media) saying he shouldn't have been there.... NOBODY SHOULD HAVE.. there was a police order for everyone to be off the streets. Then you have more talking heads (more media) saying he was trying to "police" the area and what not. So when the "left" call for defunding the police, or for police to step down... Who is supposed to protect and serve if the are not allowed to do it? You know how the police were told to "stand down" during all the "peaceful" looting. Again.... the whole rhittenhouse thing wasn't about race at all. It was about self defense. Period. Here is away to look at it. If a woman was about to get raped... could she pull a gun and shoot her attacker? If you say Yes... this is exactly what happened in the Rhittenhouse case... he was about to get attacked and was getting attacked.

China is having energy issues. Black outs and cutting power to manufacturing plants and what not. Also you talked about buying land in Iowa.... That is about $7500 to $12000 an acre. If things happen like when Cater was president... those will be cut in half or more!!! That is when you buy. :)

If people really want to know why insurance prices keep creeping up... even when you have a clean record. Look at what new vehicles are made of. Look at all the sensors in vehicles. Look at what it costs to replace ONE sensor... or if 1 sensor goes out... THEY NEED TO REPLACE THEM ALL or "recalibrate" them all. Look at what it costs per hour of "shop time".... etc. That is why insurance keeps going up for everyone. FYI... wait to you see what homeowners premiums jump if lumber, building costs stay high.... you will see some homes go up by $500 if not more in certain areas. Also think about this when you go vote.... when someone is pushing for a minimum wage of over $20 a hour... what do you think that will do to costs of everything. You think the guy who is paying his construction workers $20 a hour now wont have to jump up his wages to keep employees? Here is a quick little example for you... say it takes a full crew to reshingle a roof in one day... 10 hours of work... 10 guys....Right now if that guy is paying his crew $20 a hour.... that is $2000 in just labor costs that day... if he has to jump that $5... that is another $500 he will have to raise up just for LABOR costs... that isn't figuring in his work comp insurance, liability insurance... which is based off of... WAGES for the year. So lets just figure out the work comp or how much more that contractor will have to carry... ie: increase in wages... So if the average worker works about 2000 hours a year (40 hour for 50 weeks).... that is 20,000 extra hours for a crew of 10 people. That is an extra $100,000 in workers comp insurance that the contractor has to have to cover his crew with just a $5 an hour increase in wages... which depending on the rate would be about another $10,000 in work comp premiums (depending on where they are located).... so a little addition... with just a $5 per hour increase in wages for a year of a construction operation with a crew of 10 people.. would pay an extra $110,000 a year in work comp insurance and employee wages..... so that is $110,000 out of the owners pocket for 1 year!!!! What do you think that will do to prices of the services that they do???? Sorry for the insurance rant... but this is what people don't understand with insurance and with raising wages. Do you think a business owner will take over $110,000 hit to there pocket books??? Now think about grocery stores, big box stores, etc. You think they want to take this big of hits to their bottom lines???

That $5 hike in employees wages pushed them under that margin goal in LB. So they closed up. Now they will move to another area and put up a store. I know you think that only $180K per store loss wont hurt them much.... THINK IT THAT WAS NATION WIDE.... STATE WIDE.... That is millions of dollars. And $180,000,000 wont hurt a store... YOU ARE CRAZY... that takes away buying power, takes away improvements they want to do to stores, takes away expansion, etc. If a company goes from making $300,000,000 to making $120,000,000 that is a HUGE HIT. Again... would you want your income to be dropped by over 50%??? Would you be living the same way you are not??? Also the "Increase" wasn't for 4 months.... it was for ever!!!! It wasn't a "pay" increase just for those months.... it would have become perminant.

Here is another one for you....that $5 wage increase for workers in minimum wage. What do you think other will think...should they get an increase too? If a person now before the increase is making $15 and someone binder them is making $7.25.....now that person below them is making the same amount with less responsibility....do you think that $15 now person wants an increase because they do more???
