@ 25.... well the only way is if the people giving out the loans on that gain stop giving out loans. I mean if banks COLLAPSE because of this...ie shift in the market and they are not making the money to give out those loans. They need to penalize the banks for loaning money with the asset of PAPER to back it. IE: Stocks. They should make it a tangible asset...ie: property type thing. But like I was pointing at... the only way for this to stop is that the market needs to crash and banks need to FAIL. Last time the gov bailed out the banks and wall street. So why should they think any different now. That is the problem.

The thing people are not understanding about the "HARRIS" tax increase on cap gains is this... they want it on "Unrealized" gains. IE: if your 401K explodes... you will get taxed on it. EVEN IF YOU DONT DRAW ON IT. Now they are saying it only matters to people with over $100M or what ever the mark is (trust me it will change). Even if you think... HELL i am not in that bracket who cares. Here is the issue. Those in that bracket will be taking money OUT OF THE MARKET before they get the new tax. What will that do to markets and everyone elses investments... MAKE THEM CRASH. When mass amounts of money leaves a market it crashes. That is what will happen. Even though you wont get "taxed" your investment will DROP in value. Also Skibum is 100% correct. If our Gov doesn't stop spending so much... we are screwed. Why do you think they are trying to find "new ways" to tax everyone. Hence the "unrealized" gains tax. The other scary thing with Harris/Walz ticket is that they are putting pressure on making "housing affordable" again. Remember last time the government got involved... they put pressure on banks to give out loans.... what happened.... MARKET CRASHED. We are at the bubble again with how high house prices have become. It is great if you own your home outright.... cash in baby. But those who are looking to buy... they are shit out of luck.

Do they still cut song times here? I remember in the past they would cut all songs down to about 2-3 mins... which SUCKS when you are in the VIP 3 song type situation.

I haven't been to Mettlers in awhile. But like others have stated. Cover Charge is low. Typically decent dancers when I have been there. Also the big "IF" factor is if the college girls show up to the wet t shirt contest. Which I would assume they do. Might only be a few. But it is located in the downtown bar area. I have heard the same things about Golf events. That some courses will not allow strip clubs because of extra activities that happen or have happened or perceived as of happening. They make more money dressing skimpy or possible nude and selling OF's or they do it on insta and get sponsorship type stuff.

Maybe they need to bring down the extreme cover charges. It is even crazy for Vegas.... lower the cover charges and people will start coming back to the clubs. When a visitor from out of state needs to pay $50 before entering it is crazy.

The reason why HOA fees are exploding in most areas or the main reason.... INSURANCE. I know fuck the man. But with building costs skyrocketing, labor costs skyrocketing, etc. Insurance has to go up and amount of coverage on buildings go up. Hence insurance is going up. I know many HOA's will put a % increase each year. WELL the past 5 years or so we have see double digit inflation in certain area's so HOA's took extreme measures to get "ahead" in the game....ie: Jumped up 30% and I have seen 50% in one year. If your HOA's are a condo type and they haven't raise the deductible on the insurance talk with them. Also for anyone who has a CONDO and they have huge deductibles. Look at your own personal policy you have on your condo. I know every state is different. But your personal policy might have a clause in it where it will help with your deductible on the actual condo building itself. Mine is called Loss Assessment clause. I can purchase up to $50K in coverage. What this does if the HOA comes knocking for my share of the deductible this clause can kick in. Example.... My HOA has a $25K deductible per building and the units are 5 in each building.... So $5K deductible is owed by each unit owner. My personal policy I have $25K coverage in that Loss Assessment clause. My personal deductible is $1K. So what will happen is I will pay the $1k and the loss Assessment clause will kick in and pay the $4K balance. Something to check out and see if you have that on your personal polices. NOW THIS IS JUST FOR CONDO and TOWNHOME type situations. HOA for neighborhoods and homes. I have not clue.

I honestly think that the reasoning behind this "law" is the fact that they think younger than 18 might be working in these clubs. IE: the "T" word. Especially when you have "undocumented" workers.... if you know what I mean. But I whole heartedly agree that is you can die for your country at 18.... then you should beable to do alot of other things. Also let it sink in.... you can VOTE at 18... and could be voting on these things or for people who want to legislate these other things you are not allowed to experience until you are older than 18. Make it make sense.

I have done the "blue chew" thing. I get head aches from them. Also gives you a blue tongue. Does anyone have anything without head aches. I have done the call in and gotten sildenifl (sp?)... and gotten head aches. Any advise would be appreciated.
