Dinner with a stripperThe OP has been on TUSCL long-enough to know how to not get hustled (I assume) - but this thread reminds me of a review I read a few years ago where a PL went to dinner w/ dancer and after the dinner the dancer demanded payment "for her time" (like $200 or something like that; can't remember but it was $ignificant); and as often happens the PL gave her $$$ even though it took him by surprise since payment for dinner had not been discussed - as far as I can remember in that situation it was a dancer the PL had met for the first-time (he might even have been from out-of-town).
As some vet dancers sometimes say "strippers don't do anything for free" - the fact that in this situation it is a dancer proposing dinner is why I think one should be a bit-on-guard vs thinking it's just a-nice-gesture-for-a-regular; the latter could be the case but it may be kosher to square-things-away b/f agreeing especially when she's the one bringing-it-up.

Bored on a Monday night7pm to 10pm are usually gonna be the slowest-times at most strip-clubs in Miami since these clubs often close late (5am+ so they get-going late); 7pm - 10pm the dayshift girls are wrapping-up (or have called-it-a-day) and most nightshift girls haven't arrived - post 10pm is when there will usually be more girls since that is when many of the nightshift girls start hitting the floor.
In addition - Mondays are often gonna be slow in many clubs - clubs usually get better the later in the week.

Fake profiles?Ive seen multiple profiles with the flower where there's no indication it's a dancer (per the reviews written or comments made by the profile) - IDK if the person accidentally registered as a dancer or if they did so on purpose in order to have free unlimited access to reviews w/o having to pay or having to write reviews. I've forwarded a few of those profiles to @Founder and he has subsequently removed the flower (dancer status).

Dinner with a stripperI did it a couple of times earlier in my PL-career – at the time I wasn’t a TUSCLer and treated the situation more like it was a civilian-date and didn’t really get much out of it except hanging-out for a while – I still enjoyed some of the dinner-dates mainly b/c sometimes the dancer was pretty-cool and treated me more like a civvie-date than a PL; other times it kinda felt a bit awkward b/c it seemed she was just there b/c she wanted to keep a semi-regular-custy happy (felt more like a “business dinner” or kinda like when one has to attend a meeting at work and rather not be there).
I guess “it’s worth it” if one would truly enjoy just having dinner w/ the person; i.e. something one wanted vs doing-it b/c she said yes or b/c she brought it up.
If one’s hope/desire is to bang-her; then IMO it’s best to just get straight to the point and let her know what one wants either by skipping the dinner and getting to the point or having dinner to warm things up – i.e. if one’s goal is to try to get laid then the dinner-thing is not necessarily a must-do IMO.
If it’s the dancer bringing it up, then I assume she’s angling for some kinda payment whether that is the PL paying her for her time as a companion; or perhaps she’s hinting at OTC-extras?

Daily Planet vibes and update re: dancer schedulesA bit more info on what's available in terms of mileage (w/o identifying a specific dancer) would be helpful for those unfamiliar w/ the club.
A description of the dance area would also be helpful (privacy; comfort; etc); of if there are private VIP rooms.
Dance/VIP pricing is always helpful but I guess the dancer told you to pay her w/e you wanted so I guess kinda-hard to state the price for dances/VIP.

Are some reviews kinda long?I didn't reject the review bc it was too long - I had read up to the part where the reviewer named a dancer in the context of extras and that is when I hit Reject and didn't read the rest of the lengthy review - it wasn't till the review was published and I saw some of the Adjudicator comments that I went back and read the rest of the review where the reviewer had later mentioned the dancer not treating him right; but up to the point where he named the dancer it seemed like just another Silver Cricket review and I hit Reject bc of the dancer-naming.

Are some reviews kinda long?Glad that I can bring a chuckle to your life and "for anytime you're feeling blue".
For *me* the review was "too long" bc it didn't contain that much info I already didn't know about the club and why *I* didn't get to the end of it - whether it was too long or not is for each individual reader to decide.
Thanks for your contribution on this thread and I hope I can continue to lift your spirits.

Drunken rant - Customer service failure. Boston Market used to be part of my eating-out-rotation (I eat out a lot since I live solo and don’t wanna go thru the trouble of cooking just for one).
At Boston Market I used to really like their “creamy spinach” – I’ve never been a fan of spinach but I really liked theirs.
What turned me off about Boston Market was their portions – I would usually order a Turkey Carver sandwich but they just skimped too-much on the turkey – it was all bread and veggies and hardly any turkey – the bread was a sub style bread and each slice of bread was very thick; so when I hate the sandwich all I tasted was mostly bread and the veggies it came with – they would just put a thin slice of turkey to where it tasted like I was just eating-bread while getting charged for a sandwich – and add to that; the bread was always at room temperature as it had been sitting around all day and they seemingly never bothered to warm-it-up.
As a result I haven't hit a Boston Market in about 4-years although I tend to like their menu and thought it was pretty-good fastfood food - I just felt they skimped on the portions too-much.

Drunken rant - Customer service failure. Man – Covid just has thrown everything out-of-whack (or perhaps it exposed problems that were underneath the surface?).
I was watching a finance-podcast a few days back where part of what they were discussing was the lack of workers and quality-workers – the person being interviewed was describing how his brother who is a small-business-owner had complained to him several times about a particular employee that was giving him fits – the guy told his brother “why don’t you just fire him” to which his brother replied “and replace him with who”; apparently the guy couldn’t find anyone else or at least not someone else that was not gonna be the same headache as the current-employee or worse.
IMO it all starts at the top – I think a big-part of the problem is the current “take down America” leftist movement that has been mostly supported by the current administration (e.g. war on cops; war on small-business; etc) – a business-owner requiring a worker to work-hard can often become the target of the mob and be painted as an “oppressor” etc. – to me this “quiet quitting” shit is part of the movement to do away w/ everything America has always stood for although it may not be obvious on the surface.

Drunken rant - Customer service failure. Post Covid; my local Chipotle started doing that shit where you can just walk in and grab your pickup order – I have a Chipotle 5-minutes from my crib and order a lot from there – there were at least half-a-dozen times, or more, over the last 2-years where I’d show up and my order was nowhere to be found (although it had been processed) – at first I thought it was someone that had grabbed-it-by-mistake but it kept happening so I just assumed people were just showing-up and stealing the order that was just sitting there – I complained a couple of times to no avail – but finally I guess it got so out-of-hand that at least in my local Chipotle one now has to ask an employee for your order – you just have to give your name but at least after they started doing that my order is always there when I show up to pick it up.
Should be pretty-obvious that “honor system” of just putting out the orders and relying on the public to be honest is likely to be abused (perhaps there are some areas where it’s not but def not where I live) – so I can see restaurants taking precautions but giving one’s name should be enough and it’s enough in pretty-much every place I order from – the only time where I seen people show a confirmation has been UberEats (and similar apps); perhaps those apps require the restaurant to verify the order for some reason?

Drunken rant - Customer service failure. “Customer service” downhere in Miami; especially the Cuban-heavy-parts; has always been bad to terrible; and although it didn’t have too-much-more to sink; it has gotten even-worse – the big-issue in many parts of Miami is the big # of Cuban-employees – the lack of a private-industry in Cuba over-the-decades means “customer service” is not really part of the lexicon in Cuba and one is usually at the mercy of the government employee who will tell-you to fuck-off at any point, and it’s not as if one has the choice of “taking their business elsewhere” – post the fall of the USSR when Cuba was no-longer getting USSR subsidies; some “semi private” enterprises were allowed to spring-up in Cuba to cater to new tourists which were now allowed to visit the island b/c the country was so strapped for $$$ - but basically the people that come from Cuba are used to “Cuban style customer service” and thus the shitty customer service one receives in Miami – and it’s so prevalent downhere in Miami that often times one does not have a lot of options where customer service is good – shit; just a little-while-ago I was at a Cuban grocery store – I approach the cashier and she’s talking on her phone with one leg resting over-the-counter; she continues to talk on the phone while haphazardly ringing my order; and that is not that uncommon – god forbid you complain b/c they’ll think you’re the one w/ the problem and the one being rude and they’ll pretty-much tell-you to fuck-off – for those familiar w/ dealing w/ Cuban-dancers in large #s; that is a microcosm of what it’s like dealing w/ employees downhere in the MIA – in the OP’s case the fact that the manager was apologetic; even if he didn’t mean it; is way more than what you get downhere in Miami where they’ll either look at you like you’re a POS for complaining or outright make you out to be the problem for “having the gall” to complain – and w/ all the recent Cuban-arrivals; I can only assume customer service will only get worse in my area – even my local Olive-Garden is now mostly Cuban servers mostly recent/semi-recent arrivals; and the customer-service is def worse than pre-Covid when there was at least more non-recent-arrival servers (born or raised here).

Decent Club. Bad, bad bad in the back.Review was pretty-long and I didn't get to the end b/f I hit reject - I guess the dancer in question needed to be outted given her actions.
If I recall correctly from previous reviews, $300 seems expensive for this place.
Also; per reviews it seems this place is better on dayshift.

Stock market and interest rates. Told you so!"Here Are The Areas Weighing Heavier On Your Wallet As Inflation Persists"
Though year-over-year inflation declined last month, a closer look at the data shows that many of the costs households experience on a daily basis are still increasing.
Price levels rose 7.7% between October 2021 and October 2022, according to a Thursday report from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, indicating that inflation has begun to slow amid contractionary policy from the Federal Reserve. The month-to-month increase of 0.4% was below analysts’ forecasts, while the 0.3% increase in core inflation, which factors out the more volatile food and energy categories, was likewise lower than expected.
The lower headline number was driven by declines in areas such as used vehicles, apparel, and medical care services, which have a lower day-to-day impact upon consumers. Overall food prices rose 0.6% while energy prices rose 1.8%, the first such increase since June. Shelter costs rose 0.8%, marking their fastest increase since the beginning of the year.
“The pervasiveness of price increases remains problematic,” Bankrate Chief Financial Analyst Greg McBride said in a statement provided to The Daily Wire. “In categories that are necessities — shelter, food, and energy — we continue to see large and consistent increases. The areas posting declines are for the most part either irregular or more discretionary in nature — airfare, used cars, and apparel.”
Markets rallied on Thursday in reaction to the inflation report, with the Dow Jones rising 1,036 points, or 3.2%, and the S&P 500 rising 176 points, or 4.7%. McBride added that if the most recent inflation news “constitutes improvement,” market actors have “set a very low bar.”
“Any meaningful relief for household budgets is still somewhere over the horizon,” he continued. “Inflation has run far hotter for far longer than expected and we have yet to string together any kind of winning streak… there is plenty of opportunity for further disappointment.”

Short TripWhen I was clubbing a lot pre-Covid I'd mostly hit the small-black-clubs in Miami; but I generally avoided this club b/c it was traditionally more of a party-club vs a good-mileage-club; and dayshift (when I usually club) was not that good.
That dancer charging you $40 for a dance was likely ripping-you-off (unless something has really changed w/ this club) - this club, at least pre-Cpvid, was a $5/dance club like several of the other Miami black-clubs - at most I would think post-Covid it'd be $10/dance but IDK for sure since I haven't visited since pre-Covid and this club doesn't get many reviews.
IME when hitting these clubs:
1) if possible, best to try and know the going-rates/prices b/f going (via reading reviews etc)
2) even if one knows the prices ahead of time; always kosher to *verify* the dance-cost upfront - I say *verify* instead of asking - IME when one asks it makes one look that they don't know and thus a ROB will see one as an easy-mark to upcharge - when I club I say "$5 dancer right (or $10 w/e the going-rate is)" - I don't ask "how much are the dances?"
3) also kosher to a keep good count of the dances - b/c of the low dance-price many girls overcount - and party-clubs like this one DJs often cut and mix songs together where a song may be played like a minute or less and it can be hard to tell the song-breaks - in addition to verifying the price-upfront; I tell a dancer b/f she starts dancing for me to let me know every time she starts a new song (some of these girls depend on the custy being distracted and not keeping-count to pad-the-count)

Is Follies in Atlanta re-opening ??One should take with-a-grain-of-salt what someone says in a strip-club whether it's a dancer or not.
Follies was a huge-money-maker so one would think there may be some incentive from the former-owners to try and reopen somewhere someway - but this is only an assumption - strip-club-history for-the-most-part shows that great clubs often don't reincarnate after closing down; and the few that do may not necessarily be as good as the original - anything is possible; but I would not pin my hopes on what a stripper says.

Going to Las Vegas for x-masPer reviews seems best dance-mileage currently is Chicas Bonitas - but it's not the typical glitzy Vegas club (it's a small club with mostly aggressive Cuban dancers) - the dance-mileage is good but you should read some reviews so you know what to expect.
