That happened to me once. But I didn't really get hurt. I got hit more by the side of her foot than the heel. I'm surprised no one has mentioned LA. I was out there a couple of months ago and all the clubs seem to be pretty much no touch. They even have to keep their tops on during private dances. I think you did quite well considering how early you got there. Most clubs that I go to in the Detroit area do not open until noon and very often the dancers do not show up until about 1:00 PM, with more dancers coming in around 3:00 PM. So seeing 5 girls before noon is pretty good.

When I come here in the daytime, I always wear sunglasses, even if it is overcast. Then I take them off as soon as I get through the door. This helps a lot to conquer the darkness in this place, at least to the point where I do not trip over chairs or run into tables. But yeah, it is still too dark, especially on the stage where there are very few lights.

First of all, like most clubs you should not get there before 1 pm. I made the mistake of getting here right at noon and there were no dancers to be seen until almost 1:00 PM. Also, this club does not have aggressive dancers that beg for dances, which to me is a good thing. Just sit and watch the stage until you see someone who looks good. Then go up to the stage, tip her $5, then ask her to come over to your table when she is done. This always works.

Actually, one of the reasons I like this place is that the girls do not go around asking for dances. What I do is watch all the talent on stage. If I see a favorite, I make eye contact and wave. Then she will come to my table. If I see a girl on stage that really looks good but I do not know her, I just go up to the stage, give her $5, then ask her for some dances when she is available. This almost always works.

I spent a week in San Diego and went to Tijuana a few times. I just drove my rental car and parked it near the border, then walked into TJ. When I got across the border, I immediately went to the first cab I saw and just told him to take me to Adelita's. Once there, there is no need to go outside. Take your pick of about 50 ladies, take them upstairs, and have the time of your life. When you are ready to leave, you will see cabs lined up just outside the bar. Have the cabbie take you back to the border. This is the only safe way to do it.

i have lived in the Detroit area all my life so I am used to real high mileage clubs. High mileage in Detroit basically means you can get anything you want, including all out sex.
But I did recently spend some time in Austin, and I must say I was not disappointed in the clubs there.
