I believe there are paperwork requirements for really large withdrawals. Wasn't aware of the same for deposits.

In any scenario, IMHO the dancer is out to maximize her fiscal outcome. Arranging an OTC with a willing dancer is a better choice than rolling the dice on ITC availability or a long wait. Depends on your patience & willingness to gamble on availability.
