I won't post mine, but I have forty. A lot have been added in the past few months. At a quick glance, I think most of mine are on your list. But you have still more than I do.

I've found that it's a good practice to review the ignore list about every six months. If a so-distinguished member hasn't posted in a few months, they're probably gone, and its safe to remove them. Thus, keeping the list shorter.

I don't think there's a limit on how long it can be, so I don't worry about removing inactive handles.

I'm just not interested in bigotry or primate threat displays.

There's never going to be anyone who doesn't have some interests that bore you. But when somebody's a VHF poster, and boring/repetitive 90+% of the time, you have to put the circle-X brand on their ass just to avoid drowning in clutter.

I have nobody on ignore. Some of y'all must never have had children in your life. I joke about my rugrats being crazy, and they are. But this site is fun. Child's play. Earlier today, I had to deal with an 8 year old, a 7 year old, and a 5 year old, all yelling and fighting. TUSCL is my relief. Marinate on that.

I might make a similar comparison with keeping order and sang-froid among forty rig pigs working and living in the close confines of an isolated frontier exploration camp.

I'm curious about the psychology behind posting one's ignore list. If you really don't want to bother hearing what specific people say why not just ignore them. I could sort of understand understand saying "well, I have XXXX on ignore" in a thread bitching 'bout XXXX's posts. You're suggesting a solution to an alleged problem when you do that.

But posting your whole ignore list... That is a kind of psycho thing to do. Ol' ilbbaicnl is trying to get a rse out of folks. He is either:

1. Poking the anthill, hoping to see a bunch of blue when he logs in. He can the chuckle 'bout all of us crazy assholes (or ass wholes, as the case may be).

2. He actually DOESN'T have any of his list on ignore. He just wants to step back and watch the board go all wacky. Wacky 'bout him that is. To feed his narcissism.

I have a suggestion. Let's keep it wacky, but not feed narcissistic troll that post their ignore lists!

Let me try to figure out why a few of these people are on ignore.

Dougster: always making fun of ibb, maybe that's why he has him of ignore.

Clubber: Ibb loves black women, and Clubber is pretty vocal in his dislike for black women. Also I believe Ibb is a democrat, and Clubber is a Republican and let's his political feelings known, they have probably butted heads on politics.

Juice and all his aliases: we know why

Alucard: Maybe he thinks Alucard is too weird.

Dr. Phil: He has butted heads with Phil a couple of times.

I only have two or three on ignore simply because 99 percent of the time, it looks like a waste of time reading whatever they post. At least with some posters, they provide some amusement.

At other times, I ignore everyone by not even visiting.

@zippy: I think posting the ignore list is a form of attempted control and frustration about failing to accomplish it. "Punish" those on it by revealing their names publicly and hope others will add them. Needless to say I doubt anybody on the list actually gives a fuck so no net result. Might even encourage some more mischievous souls to continue or escalate they behavior.

There have been a few black dancers that have entertained me, but few and far between. Perhaps it is partly due to the fact that the vast majority of S. Florida dancer are the two groups. My favorite is well known and almost none exist in S. FL.

I don't have problems with muslims going to the hajj. Some of my best friends are muslim and I've been hoping to go to the hajj with them (at the very least for the sightseeing). Don't know how you got hate ANYWHERE in what I post.
