RIP: Jeff BeckTragic loss! I discovered Jeff Beck when I bought Blow by Blow in 1975 and wore out the grooves of the LP playing it non-stop.

Stripper Interviews on YouTubeWow, you’re not kidding about this NOT being a pick-me-up kinda channel! I took a look at the Chanel video list, and there are a ton of interviews with fentanyl addicts, meth addicts, street workers, and others struggling with life. The stripper interviews are mostly interesting because of my connection as a strip club junkie, but there’s a lot of stuff to wade through.

HL Dayshift Resuming it's Old Identity!I think HL is also plagued by unrealistic expectations by out of town visitors, especially those that have read reviews here and think they can take any dancer to VIP and get a BJ.

Diverse and friendly girls but beware of VIPNot much detail about the club, and it’s dated info, but it is an entertaining read! I’ve never been to Sapphire, but have thought about it several times when in Vegas. There’s not enough information here to help me make that decision, which is why I usually go with a known quantity at the Rhino.

Through a Glass DarklyDespite the $25 sign, all the dayshift girls charge $30 per song. I haven’t encountered a $35 or higher demand, but I haven’t been at night. Great detailed review, and on my opinion VERY accurate! As always, YMMV which is definitely true on dayshift!

Unimpressed but I think it was just bad timing.I've never paid more than $10 entry fee at the front door. Agree with RH, timing is everything. This club picks up after about 10pm, although midweek will always be a crapshoot.

Lingerie in ClubIn my favorite club, more and more dancers often wear a garter belt along with a regular thong, which does nothing but put various straps and strings in the way. If I’m getting more than a couple or songs I ask them to take off the belt, which most do without complaint.

The Day Before ThanksgivingSounds like my typical dayshift visit with my faves. Too bad you missed Taylor, and Jersey is no longer there. The Bourbon dayshift is a thing of beauty, even with limited mileage. The "shell" place was Bombshells before it was Sugar 44, and Heellover, they don't do the stage lineup at all anymore, morning or night. Kinda miss it.

OT: Yellowstone: The Duttons are villains. Change my mindBeth Dutton is a total badass. My favorite rewatchable scene was her rescue of her Native American sister-in-law from the boutique that was accusing her of shoplifting. They didn’t know who she was until Beth showed up, dismissed the cops, locked the door and proceeded to trash the store and owner. It’s absolutely classic Beth. Kaycee’s wife Monica (played by Kelsey Asbille) is the hottest female character on the show IMHO. She also appears in Wind River, an excellent movie made by Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan. The whole Governor Dutton thing feels like a shark jump to me, not sure where the show’s story goes from here. People as powerful and rich as John Dutton don’t usually run for office (despite Trump…), they simply install and control those in elected positions to do their bidding. Oh well, it’s just entertainment.

A Good Reminder of Why I Never Came BackYeah mark94 is right about dayshift. The difference is that almost all day shift dancers at Bourbon are veterans with lots for regulars. The traveling dancers and short timers gravitate towards the night shift. I have a long term dayshift fave at Bourbon (10 years plus), and had an interesting incident with her once. I usually get 5 dances and either give her a Benjamin or five twenties. One day I left and checked my wallet and thought I might have actually given her 4 twenties plus a Benjamin. I texted her to ask, and she said she doesn’t even check the cash I give her and just accumulates cash in her locker throughout her shift. I told her not to worry about it, but she was so concerned about it she said my next set of dances would be on her, just to be sure, and true to her word on my next visit, she wouldn’t take payment for my usual five dances. Now THAT’s how you take care of a regular!

OT: automobiles in the desert SWI agree with previous comments, especially on batteries. It doesn't matter how many "months" your battery is warrantied, they typically last 2-3 years tops. I drive between Tucson and Phoenix regularly all year, and windshields do take a beating on the freeway. I've never had any other problems, I think most vehicles are engineered with fairly high temperature tolerances. Some even have proving grounds in the Phoenix area. Shade is a precious commodity when parking, many of us willingly walk much further in 110 degree parking lots so we can put our vehicle under a few strands of Palo Verde branches. I had a previous vehicle lose it's paint job through clearcoat failure, am considering a ceramic coating for my new vehicle. I think the best tools for vehicle longevity are regular maintenance, park indoors or in shade when you can, and try not to get stuck idling in traffic. Keep an eye on tires and pressures. If they were purchased in a cooler climate, they may have a lower temperature rating. Google how to read tire markings to verify if your tires are rated for higher temps.

A Good Reminder of Why I Never Came BackThanks for the heads up on this ROB. Over counting does sometimes happen, especially with newer girls who usually don't last, but leaves the reviewer with a bad impression of the whole club. You handled it correctly IMHO.

OTC AdviceI’ve used Dayuse.com for Phoenix day trips with reasonable success. If you go on the site or app and do a search for your town and requested date, it will provide a list of hotels available with rates. There are some caveats: some hotels seem to come and go from the app. Also, some only offer double beds instead of a king. Also, one time I was given a handicapped room, they said it was the only room available. Watch for other fees like parking. Happy hunting!

Gen Z- America's future is fuckedHey misterorange- I’m not generally a conspiracy minded fellow, but it sounds to me like the beauracrats that are supposed to be processing these permits have decided that they don’t give a damn what the NJ Legislature decided, they will be damned before they allow citizens to carry firearms in public, and they are gonna drag their feet at every step, hoping you eventually forget about it and give up. Given the proximity of those offices, you could have hand-walked the whole process, but I’m guessing they wouldn’t allow that. Sheesh, good luck.

Things that make you happy.........Other than beautiful naked women in my presence, the other things that make me happy include:
1. Great live music, especially blues
2. Changing seasons, such as they are in the desert southwest
3. Great food
4. Cranking my Tele through my Fender Hot Rod Deville amp
5. Being in the mountains, on foot or on a bike
6. Grandkids, until I’m ready to give them back!
